XX英語(yǔ)教師試用期工作計(jì)劃總結(jié)_1XX英語(yǔ)教師試用期工作總結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)眼間,來到開發(fā)區(qū)一小工作已將近一年的時(shí)間了。這一年對(duì)于我這個(gè)剛剛走入社會(huì)的學(xué)生來說都可以用意義非凡來概括。在這近一年里我深刻體會(huì)到了做老師的艱辛和快樂,我把自己的青春傾注于我所鐘愛的教育事業(yè)上,傾注于每一個(gè)學(xué)生身上。以下是我對(duì)一年工作的總結(jié)一、師德方面始終認(rèn)為作為一名教師應(yīng)把"師德"放在一個(gè)極其重要的位置上,因?yàn)檫@是教師的立身之本。"學(xué)高為師,身正為范"。從踏上講臺(tái)的天,我就時(shí)刻嚴(yán)格要求自己,力爭(zhēng)做一個(gè)有崇高師德的人。我始終堅(jiān)持給學(xué)生一個(gè)好的師范,希望從我這走出去的都是合格的學(xué)生。為了給自己的學(xué)生一個(gè)好的表率,同時(shí)也是使自己陶冶情操,加強(qiáng)修養(yǎng),不斷提高自己水平。今后我將繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)師德方面的修養(yǎng),力爭(zhēng)在這一方面有更大的提高。二、教學(xué)方面在教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備上,新老師面臨的問題是不熟悉教材,不了解重、難點(diǎn),也不知道應(yīng)該怎樣上課。對(duì)此,工作之初,我的心里十分著急,生怕因?yàn)檎n上得不好而影響了學(xué)生對(duì)知識(shí)的掌握以及對(duì)這門課的興趣。但是,我也堅(jiān)信"萬事開頭難"。所以,我每次都很認(rèn)真的備課,查閱資料把自己的教案寫好,因?yàn)閷懞媒贪甘巧虾谜n的Unit5ArtWorldReading(1)XX英語(yǔ)教師試用期工作計(jì)劃總結(jié)_1Unit5Art12Learningaims(學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo))Bytheendoftheclass,you’llbeableto:1.learnanarticleaboutthefamouscomposer;2.knowsomethingabouthismusic;3.makeafurtherunderstandingofthewholearticle.
