I有相反內(nèi)容的規(guī)定。1.TheSoftware.LawspiritEnterpriseLawspiritandLawspiritApplications（the“Software”）areeitheramodularoperatingsystemorapplicationconsistingofhundredsofsoftwarecomponents.Theenduserlicenseagreementforeachcomponentislocatedinthecomponent'ssourcecode.WiththeexceptionofcertainimagefilesidentifiedinSection2below,thelicensetermsforthecomponentspermitCustomertocopy,modify,andredistributethecomponent,inbothsourcecodeandbinarycodeforms.ThisagreementdoesnotlimitCustomer'srightsunder,orgrantCustomerrightsthatsupersede,thelicensetermsofanyparticularcomponent.||1.軟件.LawspiritEnterpriseLawspirit和LawspiritApplications（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“軟件”），是一種模塊操作系統(tǒng)或應(yīng)用軟件，由上百項(xiàng)軟件配置程序組成。各項(xiàng)配置程序的源程序均附帶一份最終使用人許可協(xié)議。除下述第二條所列諸項(xiàng)圖像文件外，配置程序的許可條款承諾“用戶”以源代碼和二進(jìn)制代碼形式，復(fù)制、修改和轉(zhuǎn)銷配置程序。本《協(xié)議》不限制“用戶”在任何配置程序許可條款項(xiàng)下享有的權(quán)益，也沒有授予“用戶”超出這類許可條款規(guī)定范疇行事的任何權(quán)益。5.ExportControl.AsrequiredbyU.S.law,Customerrepresentsandwarrantsthatit:(a)understandsthattheSoftwareissubjecttoexportcontrolsundertheU.S.CommerceDepartment’sExportAdministrationRegulations(“EAR”);(b)isnotlocatedinaprohibiteddestinationcountryundertheEARorU.S.sanctionsregulations(currentlyCuba,Iran,Iraq,Libya,NorthKorea,SudanandSyria);(c)willnotexport,re-export,ortransfertheSoftwaretoanyprohibiteddestination,entity,orindividualwithoutthenecessaryexportlicense(s)orauthorizations(s)fromtheU.S.||Government;(d)willnotuseortransfertheSoftwareforuseinanysensitivenuclear,chemicalorbiologicalweapons,ormissiletechnologyend-usesunlessauthorizedbytheU.S.Governmentbyregulationorspecificlicense;(e)understandsandagreesthatifitisintheUnitedStatesandexportsortransferstheSoftwaretoeligibleendusers,itwill,asrequiredbyEARSection741.17(e),submitsemi-annualreportstotheCommerceDepartment’sBureauofIndustry&Security(BIS),whichincludethenameandaddress(includingcountry)ofeachtransferee;and(f)understandsthatcountriesotherthantheUnitedStatesmayrestricttheimport,use,orexportofencryptionproductsandthatitshallbesolelyresponsibleforcompliancewithanysuchimport,use,orexportrestrictions.||5.出口管制.按照美國(guó)法律的要求，“用戶”特此聲明并保證如下： (3)未經(jīng)美國(guó)政府許可或授權(quán)，“用戶”可不能向任何被禁地區(qū)、實(shí)體或個(gè)人出口、轉(zhuǎn)口銷售或轉(zhuǎn)讓“軟件”，(4)除非由美國(guó)政府合法授權(quán)或經(jīng)任何專門許可，“用戶”可不能將“軟件”用于任何敏銳的核能、化學(xué)或生物武器或?qū)椉夹g(shù)的最終應(yīng)用目的，也可不能將之轉(zhuǎn)讓給他人用于此類目的，
