xx消費(fèi)金融有限公司xx消費(fèi)金融公司xx年度內(nèi)部控制評(píng)價(jià)報(bào)告XXxxinternalcontrolevaluationreportxx年本公司依據(jù)《企業(yè)內(nèi)部控制基本規(guī)范》、《商業(yè)銀行內(nèi)部控制指引》等規(guī)章,開展了內(nèi)部控制評(píng)價(jià)工作。本次評(píng)價(jià)采用方法包括:主要業(yè)務(wù)條線管理部門的全面自評(píng)價(jià)、問卷調(diào)查、個(gè)別訪談等,同時(shí)采用適當(dāng)?shù)某闃臃椒?,選擇部分營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試。本次評(píng)價(jià)范圍覆蓋了公司層面、流程層面及IT層面的關(guān)鍵控制領(lǐng)域。評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果表明,xx年,本公司內(nèi)部控制體系的健全性和內(nèi)部控制制度執(zhí)行的有效性不斷提高,在所有重大方面基本符合《企業(yè)內(nèi)部控制基本規(guī)范》和《商業(yè)銀行內(nèi)部控制指引》的要求,內(nèi)部控制體系建設(shè)和運(yùn)行整體有效。Inxx,ourcompanyperformedinternalcontrolevaluationaccordingtosomeregulationsof‘BasicStandardforEnterpriseInternalControl’,‘GuidelinesforInternalControlofCommercialBanks’,etc.Themethodsoftheevaluationincludedwholeevaluationonmainbusinesslinemanagementdepartment,questionnaireandinterview,etc.Meanwhile,wealsousedappropriatesamplingmethodsandselectedsomePOSestoperformon-sitetesting.Theevaluationcoveredkeycontrolfieldofcompanylevel,processlevelandITlevel.Theevaluationresultshowedthat,inxx,thesoundnessofinternalcontrolsystemandeffectivenessofinternalcontrolexecutionhasgotimprovedcontinually,theallsignificantaspectsbasicallyinlinewiththerequirementsof‘BasicStandardforEnterpriseInternalControl’,‘GuidelinesforInternalControlofCommercialBanks’,andinternalcontrolsystemestablishmentandexecutionwereeffectiveasawhole.鑒于內(nèi)部控制存在固有局限性,其有效性可能隨內(nèi)、外部環(huán)境及經(jīng)營(yíng)情況的變化而改變,本公司僅能對(duì)內(nèi)部控制的完整性和效果提供合理保證。本公司內(nèi)部控制設(shè)有檢查監(jiān)督機(jī)制,內(nèi)控缺陷一經(jīng)識(shí)別,本公司將立即采取整改措施?,F(xiàn)將本公司的內(nèi)部控制情況陳述如下。Duetotheinherentlimitationofinternalcontrol,theeffectivenessofinternalcontrolsystemmaychangewiththechangeofinternalandexternalenvironmentandbusinesscondition.Ourcompanycanonlyprovidethereasonableguaranteeoncompletenessandeffectivenessofinternalcontrol.Theinternalcontrolofourcompanyequippedwithcheckandsupervisionmechanism,corresponding
