4、025351151502002-200830152540102535115150二自主命題市主要新題型 為適應(yīng)全國高中課程改革，國家逐步實行省市自主命題，上海(1987)、北京(2002)先期實行自主命題，之后從2004年到07年先后16省加入，目前有18個省市獲得自主命題權(quán)，獲得自主命題權(quán)之后一些省市開始在全國卷題型的基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行題型變化與創(chuàng)新，如：上海、北京、湖南、江蘇、重慶、浙江、湖南、湖北、廣東、山東、寧夏等省市先后采用了與全國卷不同的題型，福建自主命題5年來沒有出現(xiàn)新題型。各省市出現(xiàn)的與全國卷不同的題型有：聽力：第三節(jié)（共3小題，每小題1.5分,滿分45分）(湖南重慶廣東等)聽下面一段材
