6、，請(qǐng)于貨物運(yùn)抵目的港60日以?xún)?nèi)提出。If due to the production of quality problems, the lose will be taken by seller.產(chǎn)品到達(dá)目的地，因生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題無(wú)法使用的，由賣(mài)方承擔(dān)損失。Arbitration仲裁 :Any disputes arising from the execution of, or in connection with this contractshall be settled amicably through friendly negotiations between both parties. 7、case no settlement can be reached within 21 days through negotiation, the case shall be submitted to the Foreign Trade Arbitration Commission of the China Council forthe Promotional International Trade, for arbitration, in accordance with its provision rule of procedure. The arbitral award shall be

The arbitration fee shall be borne by the losing party.本合同在執(zhí)行過(guò)程中引起的，或與本合同有關(guān)的任何爭(zhēng)議將由雙方友好協(xié)商解決。如果就爭(zhēng)議雙方在21 天內(nèi)未協(xié)商達(dá)成一致， 應(yīng)提交中國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易促進(jìn)委員會(huì)對(duì)外貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)根據(jù)該會(huì)的仲裁程序暫行規(guī)則進(jìn)行仲裁 . 仲裁結(jié)果對(duì)雙方都是最終的，有約束力的。仲裁費(fèi)用由敗訴方承擔(dān)。Attachment附件：本合同附件與本合同為同一合同不可分割的部分，具有同等法律效力。Language語(yǔ)言 :This contract will be executed in the Chinese Language.
