2、度概括.第三篇為我國疾病預防限制的經(jīng)典內(nèi)容，針對傳染病、慢性非傳染性疾病預防限制的根本原那么進行了闡述.長期以來，衛(wèi)生工程技術和環(huán)境有益因素的利用是被公共衛(wèi)生學界所無視的領域，因此，本篇更加關注促進健康的因素及其利用以及有害因素的限制技術.第四篇涉及衛(wèi)生政策與治理的內(nèi)容，目的在于說明任何公共衛(wèi)生行動均需要政策與治理作為最終的支持點.第五篇主要就當前最關心的突發(fā)事件和公共衛(wèi)生平安問題進行討論，旨在概述突發(fā)事件威脅公共衛(wèi)生平安的主要特征及應對策略.本課程著重對公共衛(wèi)生的內(nèi)涵、特征、功能與價值，公共衛(wèi)生體系建設，公共衛(wèi)生問題以及公共衛(wèi)生問題的研究方法等予以介紹.問時,關注健康危險因素的識別與評價，力

3、圖將分散到各個學科的宿關生物性、化學性、物理性以及社會、心理、行為因素進行高度概括二、培養(yǎng)目標作為公共衛(wèi)生與預防醫(yī)學教學改革和專業(yè)課程體系建設的重要組成局部，？公共衛(wèi)生學？對經(jīng)典的、當前各公共衛(wèi)生學院或預防醫(yī)學系所恪守的預防醫(yī)學專業(yè)課程體系進行了有限的改革，目的是要充實預防醫(yī)學的專業(yè)課程體系，重在培養(yǎng)學生的實際工作水平和創(chuàng)新水平，提高學生發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、分析問題和解決問題的水平，使培養(yǎng)的畢業(yè)生能夠盡快適應公共衛(wèi)生與預防醫(yī)學實際工作的需要.具體教學根本要求如下：一、公共衛(wèi)生學緒論【掌握】新公共衛(wèi)生的內(nèi)涵；公共衛(wèi)生的主要內(nèi)容.【熟悉】公共衛(wèi)生的定義；健康的概念；公共衛(wèi)生的特征、功能與價值.【了解】公共衛(wèi)

4、生開展簡史；公共衛(wèi)生的未來.二、公共衛(wèi)生體系建設【掌握】我國公共衛(wèi)生體系建設都面臨的挑戰(zhàn).【熟悉】公共衛(wèi)生體系的構成要素以及各要素之間的關系.【了解】我國的公共衛(wèi)生體系建設；興旺國家的公共衛(wèi)生體系.三、我國面臨的主要公共衛(wèi)生問題【掌握】傳染病的流行趨勢；慢性非傳染性疾病的流行現(xiàn)狀及開展趨勢；傷害的預防與控制.【熟悉】我國職業(yè)性危害的種類和現(xiàn)狀；我國傷害發(fā)生的現(xiàn)狀.【了解】我國面臨的主要公共衛(wèi)生問題的種類和特征.四、公共衛(wèi)生研究方法【掌握】流行病學研究方法與毒理學研究方法在解決公共衛(wèi)生問題中的地位與作用；定性研究與定量研究方法的差異.【熟悉】流行病學研究的實施；毒理學研究的主要方法.【了解】流行
