33、時代這種傳統(tǒng)的管理方法必然被計算機(jī)為根底的信息管理所取代,這就為該圖書管理系統(tǒng)提供了市場需要。而圖書管理在現(xiàn)代社會是很熱門的,最關(guān)切人民精神文化消費(fèi)的行業(yè),同時對圖書管理和效勞也提出了更高的要求,諸如書籍管理、借還書管理、用戶管理等各種人性化的使用介面,使管理者和讀者對圖書館中的書刊能更方便、更快捷、更滿意地得到管理和效勞。伴隨著圖書館的的規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大和讀者的不斷增多,像圖書館中的書籍,圖書館的讀者,圖書館的借閱、收費(fèi)效勞等都將越來越復(fù)雜,工作量也將越來越大。但一直以來人們使用傳統(tǒng)人工的方式管理各種數(shù)據(jù),這種管理方式存在著許多缺點(diǎn),比方:效率低、性差、查找不方便,另外時間一長,將產(chǎn)生大量的文件

34、和數(shù)據(jù),這對于查找、更新和維護(hù)都帶來了不少的困難。1 隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷提高,計算機(jī)科學(xué)技術(shù)日漸成熟,其強(qiáng)大的功能已為人們深刻認(rèn)識,它已進(jìn)入人類社會的各個領(lǐng)域并發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。作為計算機(jī)應(yīng)用的一局部,使用計算機(jī)對企業(yè)單位的各項信息進(jìn)展管理,具有著手工管理所無法比較的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。例如:檢索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存儲量大、性好、壽命長、本錢低等。這些優(yōu)點(diǎn)能夠極提高工作的效率,也是企業(yè)的科學(xué)化、正規(guī)化管理與世界接軌的重要條件。 因此,開發(fā)這樣一套圖書館圖書管理系統(tǒng)軟件成為很有必要的事情,在接下來各章中將詳細(xì)介紹該系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)過程和所涉及到的問題及解決方法。12圖書管理的定義圖書管理指圖書管理員對

35、圖書館中一切書籍和所有用戶的管理以及借閱管理。其中圖書管理涉及圖書信息、系統(tǒng)用戶信息、讀者信息、圖書借閱等多種數(shù)據(jù)管理。從管理的角度可將圖書分為三類:圖書信息管理、系統(tǒng)用戶管理、讀者數(shù)據(jù)管理。對其定義為:圖書管理就是圖書管理員對圖書館中一切書刊和所有讀者的管理以及借閱管理。13圖書管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計目標(biāo) 該圖書信息管理系統(tǒng)使針對當(dāng)代社會,圖書越來越成為人們的精神文化消費(fèi)主流這一市場需要應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的,是為圖書館管理和圖書館用戶更好的維護(hù)圖書館各項圖書管理業(yè)務(wù)處理工作而開發(fā)的管理軟件,根據(jù)需求分析,實(shí)現(xiàn)圖書館管理業(yè)務(wù),實(shí)現(xiàn)各項管理等幾個方面的功能。 對圖書管理中心來說圖書館的書籍和讀者信息以及有關(guān)借閱情

36、況的管理都是很重要的。對讀者而言,方便性是最為重要的。為了到達(dá)這些要求,國書管理系統(tǒng)就包括如下幾項功能:用戶查詢、用戶信息管理、書籍查詢、書籍管理、借書管理、設(shè)備管理、用戶參數(shù)設(shè)置。些系統(tǒng)對讀者言,方便、快捷;對于公司部的員工與業(yè)主進(jìn)展更好的管理,而提高工作效率。2圖書管理系統(tǒng)的分析與設(shè)計21系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)背景圖書管理在手工操作時代,工作非常繁瑣,需要大量的人力、物力和財力,極大的浪費(fèi)資源,對于圖書館的管理人員來說,圖書管理包括圖書設(shè)備管理、書籍管理、讀者信息管理、借閱管理等等。而這些工程在過去手工操作時代,需要手工記錄這些事情,不但麻煩,還經(jīng)常出錯,給廣闊用戶帶來很多不便。為了更好的為廣闊住戶效

37、勞,有必要利用當(dāng)代興旺的計算機(jī)科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)展信息化管理,從而提高效勞質(zhì)量和工作效率。22系統(tǒng)的需求分析該圖書管理系統(tǒng)是面向圖書館的的各項事務(wù),包括圖書管理,讀者管理,借閱管理,設(shè)備管理等處理工作,是利用計算機(jī)進(jìn)展集中管理而開發(fā)的系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)是基于JAVA與SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)展開發(fā)的圖書管理系統(tǒng),力求與實(shí)際相結(jié)合具有查詢、刪除、添加等功能,旨在到達(dá)使圖書館的管理和運(yùn)作趨于計算機(jī)化,使之更加方便、快捷以提高工作效率。223系統(tǒng)的功能分析與模塊設(shè)計231系統(tǒng)的功能分析圖書管理系統(tǒng)是為了對圖書館圖書實(shí)行計算機(jī)化的管理,以提高工作效率,方便用戶。主要功能有對圖書入庫、圖書查詢、用戶信息、借閱情況

38、等進(jìn)展管理和根本資料管理以及對系統(tǒng)自身的用戶權(quán)限管理。232系統(tǒng)的模塊設(shè)計該系統(tǒng)是基于JAVA連接SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)展開發(fā)的圖書管理系統(tǒng),主要模塊包括有:用戶查詢模塊 在圖書管理模塊里主要包括了用戶查詢、已借書查詢、預(yù)約書查詢等功能。用戶信息管理模塊 該模塊里主要包括了用戶信息添加、用戶信息修改、用戶信息刪除、用戶信息瀏覽等功能。書籍查詢模塊 該模塊里主要包括了書籍搜索等功能。書籍管理模塊 該模塊里主要包括了書籍信息添加、書籍信息刪除、書籍信息修改、書籍儲存等功能。借閱管理模塊 該模塊里主要包括了借書、還書等功能。設(shè)備管理模塊 該模塊里主要包括了藏書室、書架等功能。用戶參數(shù)設(shè)置模塊
