32、hould be installed separately.8.工作原理及操作說(shuō)明 WORKING PRINCIPLE & OPERATION NOTES本閥電氣控制系統(tǒng)按主邏輯元件類別分為普通型和PLC智能控制型，出廠配套一般為普通型，需PLC智能控制型要在訂貨時(shí)說(shuō)明。各類型又分以下幾種主要工況：According to the logic components the electric control systemic divided into common relay type and PLC intellectual control type. The main operating modes of all kinds of divides are as follows:開閥離心泵工況（包括離心式混流泵）：先啟動(dòng)泵，延遲預(yù)定時(shí)間后開閥，或泵閥同時(shí)開啟。The operating mode of the opening valves eccentric pump (including the

34、 centrifugal diagonal pump): Start the pump first, delay scheduled time and turn on the valve, or open the pump and the valve at the same time.開閥軸流泵工況（包括軸流式混流泵）：泵閥同時(shí)開啟，或先開閥至一定角度，再啟動(dòng)泵。The operating mode of the opening valves axial pump (including the axial-flow type diagonal pump): While opening the

35、pump and the valve at the same time, turn on the valve to some angle, and then start the pump.本閥電氣控制系統(tǒng)均配有就地控制回路和遠(yuǎn)程聯(lián)動(dòng)控制回路。就地控制回路主要用于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)試，正常工作時(shí)一般均使用遠(yuǎn)程聯(lián)動(dòng)控制回路。This electric control system of the valve is furnished with local controlling circuit and remote tandem controlling circuit. 44、range in Special Parameters.8.2.2 關(guān)閥To close the valve按關(guān)閥按鈕，關(guān)閥指示燈亮，則閥門將按設(shè)定好的速度關(guān)閉閥門，直到全關(guān)位置（全關(guān)指示燈點(diǎn)亮）自動(dòng)停止關(guān)閥動(dòng)作，關(guān)閥指示燈自動(dòng)熄滅。關(guān)閥分為快關(guān)、慢關(guān)兩階段，調(diào)整旋轉(zhuǎn)關(guān)流量控制閥和油缸尾部的緩閉節(jié)流閥來(lái)分別實(shí)現(xiàn)，其調(diào)節(jié)范圍見前表。Press the button of closing-valve, the indicator lamp of closing-valve is bright, and the valve close on the scheduled speed。 When the

Through rotating the flow valve and the slow-close flow valve at the tail of cylinder you can adjust the speed.8.2.3停止St

Let the valve be stopped in the arbitrary position.8.3 遠(yuǎn)程控制Remote Operation將轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)旋至“遠(yuǎn)程”位，遠(yuǎn)程指示燈亮。Turn the transfer switch to the position of

47、 “Remote”, the remote indicator lamp lights.8.3.1開閥To open the valveu 先啟泵、后開閥Start the pump first, delay to open the valve.中控室啟動(dòng)水泵，延遲預(yù)定時(shí)間后，水泵控制繼電器常開接點(diǎn)閉合，閥門按預(yù)定程序自動(dòng)開啟、保壓。將延遲預(yù)定時(shí)間調(diào)定為零，即可實(shí)現(xiàn)泵閥同時(shí)啟動(dòng)。The remote control panel starts the pump, delay scheduled time, the valve is opened and the system maintains
