聽力場景詞匯

1、租房場景這種題型，以前看人也介紹過，并且很詳細，這里把他們總結在一起。首先辨別是租房還是買房。For lease, for rent 出租與for sale 出賣房子的類型有：公寓flat, apartment, 學生宿舍dormitory (dorm) , 學生旅店student hostel, 青年旅店youth hostel ，還有一種叫留宿當?shù)鼐用窦依飄omestay.一般房子有的家電或設施有：爐子stove, 冰箱fridge, 微波爐microwave oven, 洗衣機washing machine, 空調air-conditioner, 電風扇electric fan, 冷卻器
