2、ce1.基本原理和使用條件 Basic principle and operating conditions1.1 基本原理 Basic principle 電磁鐵工作時(shí)，電源及控制設(shè)備向電磁鐵供給直流電，電磁鐵內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)大的磁場(chǎng)，通過殼體磁路和工作氣隙對(duì)被吸物產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)大磁力而達(dá)到搬運(yùn)物料的目的。When electromagnet works, the power source and the controlling device supply direct current to the electromagnet. A strong magnetic field will be genera

3、ted inside the electromagnet, the magnetic field gives enough strong magnetic force on the material through the shell magnetic circuit and the operating clearance to lift the bulk material .1.2 使用條件 using conditions1.2.1 使用地點(diǎn)的海拔高度不超過2000m。Not more than elevation of 2000m1.2.2 周圍空氣溫度：Surrounding air

4、temperature常溫型：不高于+40，不低于-20。Normal temperature type -20 +40 高溫型：不高于+50，不低于-20。High temperature type: no more than +50,no less than -201.2.3 周圍工作環(huán)境無爆炸危險(xiǎn)和不含有腐蝕性氣體的環(huán)境中。No explosive dangerous or corrosive gas around the magnet.1.2.4 周圍環(huán)境相對(duì)溫度不大于85%。The relative humidity is not more than 85%1.2.5 戶外、戶內(nèi)均可

7、起重電磁鐵被吸物溫度600以下。This lifting electromagnet is suitable to the direct current fixed working voltage is 220V, the normal temperature lifting electromagnet by the attached materials surface temperature 100 below, high temperature lifting electromagnet s the attached materials temperature is below 600 .

8、4.結(jié)構(gòu)及特點(diǎn) Structure and characteristic4.1 結(jié)構(gòu) structure4.1.1 起重電磁鐵的磁路由鐘蓋、內(nèi)外磁極、鐵芯和被吸物構(gòu)成。The magnetic circuit of lifting electromagnet consists of bell cover, inner and outer magnetic pole, iron core and the held materials.4.1.2 線圈放置在由鐘蓋、非磁性保護(hù)板構(gòu)成的密封容器中，且用絕緣膠固定。The magnetic coil will be put into airtight

9、container made of bell cover, non-magnetic protecting plate with insulation rubber fixed.4.1.3 整體采用焊接結(jié)構(gòu)。The whole framework uses the welding structure4.1.4 高溫電磁鐵采用了雙層輻射式特殊隔熱結(jié)構(gòu)。The high temperature electromagnet has used the double-decked radiation special heat insulation structure4.1.5 潛水電磁鐵整體采用氣密試驗(yàn)

10、后的焊接結(jié)構(gòu)，出線盒進(jìn)行了特殊的密封處理，出廠前進(jìn)行了模擬試驗(yàn)。The underwater type uses brazing structure through air tightening test ,outlet enclosure has been made special treatment for sealing with simulated tryout before delivery. 4.2 特點(diǎn) Characteristics4.2.1 采用了導(dǎo)磁性能及加工性能良好的優(yōu)質(zhì)電工鑄鋼或低碳鋼作為磁路的導(dǎo)磁物。Adopting electric casting steel or

11、 low carbon steel with excellent magnetic conductivity and well finished performance as the conductor to the magnetic circuit.4.2.2 線圈的材料一般為鋁材，絕緣性能及耐熱性能優(yōu)良。The coil material is generally the aluminum material, the insulating ability and the heat-resisting performance is fine4.2.3 高頻、高溫電磁鐵在保證與同一規(guī)格的常溫電

12、磁鐵有相同起吊能力的同時(shí)，略增加自重而降低功耗。 The high frequency and high temperature type will be guaranteed to have the same lifting capacity as the normal temperature type as well as minimizing work consumption, though it just increase much self-weight.4.2.4 采用全密封結(jié)構(gòu)，有較好的防潮性能。Use the entire seal structure with good mo

13、isture-proof performance.4.2.5 潛水電磁鐵可潛入水中使用，有優(yōu)良的防水性能。The underwater type with good water-proof capability when submerged4.2.6 散熱、隔熱性能良好，安全可靠、使用壽命長(zhǎng)。Good heat radiation and insulation. safe ,reliable and durable if operating in correct way.5.電氣性能 The electrical property5.1 電磁鐵的工作狀態(tài)為反復(fù)短時(shí)工作制，基本型電磁鐵通電持續(xù)率

14、為50%，高頻電磁鐵通電持續(xù)率為75%，一個(gè)周期為10分鐘。 即：TD%= tp/（tp+tn）100%Electromagnet operates in repeatedly shorttime working mode. Basic type of electromagnet keeps DC energized condition sustaining rate about 50%.high frequency type keeps DC energized condition sustaining rate about 75%.That is: (duty cycle)TD%=（tp+

15、tn）100%tp為工作時(shí)間，tn為休止時(shí)間。 Viz：TD%= tp/（tp+tn）100%“tp” is work time ，“tn” is stop time。即電磁鐵從通電吊起鋼料送到目的地，到釋放被吸物的整個(gè)一段時(shí)間為工作時(shí)間tp，返回原來位置的時(shí)間為休止時(shí)間tn，一個(gè)周期是工作與休止時(shí)間之和。 ”tp” means the electromagnet operating time from being energized to lift the material to the destination and to release magnetic force from the h

16、andled materials. ”tn” means the idle time the electromagnet returns to home position. One cycle id the operating time plus idle time. 5.2 在額定工作電壓和通電持續(xù)率為50%、75%時(shí)的間歇工作情況下，電磁鐵線圈的穩(wěn)定溫升不能超過允許溫升值。The stable temperature increase of the electromagnet coil shall not exceed allowance value under the condition

17、 of rated working voltage about 50% and current energizing ratio about 75%.5.3 電磁鐵可采用電壓勵(lì)磁和強(qiáng)勵(lì)磁、過勵(lì)磁三種方式，但強(qiáng)勵(lì)磁電壓不超過290V，時(shí)間不超過10秒；過勵(lì)磁電壓不超過350V，勵(lì)磁時(shí)間不超過8秒；采用強(qiáng)勵(lì)磁和過勵(lì)磁電壓可提高電磁鐵的起吊能力。 The voltage excitation , the strong excitation and the over excitation can be adopted on the condition that the strong excitatio

18、n voltage does not surpass 290V, within 10 seconds, the over excitation voltage does not surpass 350V within 8 seconds. 20、e random technical documentary according to the packing list and read carefully the relevant document after disassembling the package.6.2 根據(jù)具體要求，確定或選擇吊梁及安裝方式。Confirm or choose the hanger and installation modes as the actual request 6.3 檢查電磁鐵的電氣性能（線圈電阻及絕緣電阻）、外形尺寸及配套吊具的強(qiáng)度及尺寸，如無問題可進(jìn)行安裝。Check electric p

21、erformance (winding resistance and insulation resistance )of the electromagnet, overall dimension and the strength and size of the necessary hangers. If no problem ,the installation can be done.6.4 檢查配套的電源控制設(shè)備及電纜卷筒設(shè)備的輸出參數(shù)，應(yīng)符合電磁鐵要求。Check output data of the matched power control facilities and cable r

22、eel to meet the requirement of electromagnet.6.5 接好聯(lián)接電纜卷筒和電磁鐵的電纜聯(lián)接器，接通電源，對(duì)電磁鐵進(jìn)行0.51h的試運(yùn)行，如無異?，F(xiàn)象，可投入正式運(yùn)行。Connect the cable adapters between the cable reel and the electromagnet ,turn on the power to make the test run for 0.5-1h.if no problem, the unit can be put into the normal operation .7.使用注意事項(xiàng) Ca

23、utions7.1 使用前應(yīng)測(cè)量電磁鐵冷態(tài)絕緣電阻，在室溫下其值不小于1M。Cold insulation resistance of electromagnet should be measured to be no less than 1M at room temperature before using it7.2 電磁鐵未平穩(wěn)放在被吸物面之前請(qǐng)不要通電工作。嚴(yán)禁將電磁鐵做游錘使用。Dont energize to operate until the electromagnet has been put on the handling material surface smoothly.

24、 Dont use the electromagnet as sliding hammer.7.3 需選擇廢料堆平坦部位吸吊。The lifting operation shall be done within plain section of the scrap material. 7.4 要求用高溫電磁鐵吊運(yùn)高溫物料，用常溫電磁鐵吊運(yùn)常溫物料，嚴(yán)禁用常溫電磁鐵吊運(yùn)高溫物體。The high temperature materials should be lifted with high temperature type .Normal temperature material should

25、 be lifted with normal temperature type. No use of normal temperature electromagnet to lift high temperature materials.7.5 嚴(yán)禁將電磁鐵停留在高溫物體上等待。對(duì)于高溫電磁鐵，當(dāng)被吸物表面溫度降到600以下方可將電磁鐵靠近工作。Dont put the electromagnet stay on the high temperature materials .the electromagnet shall work on the condition of surface te

26、mperature dropped to less than 600 oC.7.6 不使用時(shí)，嚴(yán)禁將電磁鐵在高溫區(qū)停留、徘徊、存放。Dont make the electromagnet stay, shift and store within the high temperature area when it is not used.7.7 盡量縮短電磁鐵和高溫物體接觸的時(shí)間。Shorten the attached time between the electromagnet and the high temperature materials as soon as possible.7.

27、8 非潛水電磁鐵不能用水降溫,不能置在水中。Non-submersible electromagnet will not be reduced the temperature with water and put in the water.7.9 低通電持續(xù)率的電磁鐵不能作高通電持續(xù)率的產(chǎn)品使用，必須根據(jù)具體情況選用相應(yīng)的通電持續(xù)率的電磁鐵。Electromagnet with low energized sustaining rate will not be used instead of the high energized sustaining rate. It should be ch

28、ose to be available per the specified conditions. 7.10 電磁鐵隨著起重機(jī)升降，要避免砸斷和拉斷電源電纜。The electromagnet will be shifted with the crane so that the power supply and the cables will be avoided broken or damaged.7.11 在運(yùn)行中要定期觀察電磁鐵控制屏上電壓、電流指示值The voltage and current indicating value displayed on the electromagn

29、et control panel shall be observed at intervals during operation.7.11.1 電磁鐵的勵(lì)磁電流應(yīng)處于冷態(tài)電流和熱態(tài)電流之間。The energizing current of the electromagnet shall be between the cold current and hot current.7.11.2 電壓允許誤差不超過±10%。The voltage allowable errors are within 10%7.12 電磁鐵應(yīng)保持干燥。使用完畢后，應(yīng)存放在干燥、通風(fēng)、無有害物質(zhì)處。Keep

30、dry, stored at the dry, ventilation, and no harmful materials places after using7.13 經(jīng)常檢查鏈條、銷軸的磨損情況，小于原直徑的90%時(shí)，請(qǐng)及時(shí)更換正品。Check regularly the wear of racks and pins, replaced in time with their original diameter less than 90%八、保養(yǎng)及維修 Maintenance and service電磁鐵在使用過程中，請(qǐng)按如下檢修表進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)及維修。Make maintenance and check according to the following tables when electromagnet is in use.起重電磁鐵保養(yǎng)及檢修表檢驗(yàn)部分檢
