6、oning Duties 空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的調(diào)試是集業(yè)主技術(shù)參數(shù)的提供合理性，設(shè)計(jì)的正確與否及設(shè)備供應(yīng)方技術(shù)性能，施工的工程質(zhì)量等均可對(duì)系統(tǒng)性能產(chǎn)生一定的影響，調(diào)試人員在調(diào)試過程中如發(fā)現(xiàn)由于上述原因無法進(jìn)行工作時(shí)，應(yīng)及時(shí)向施工單位、業(yè)主、總包、監(jiān)理反映。Commissioning of the air conditioning system is intended for reasonableness of technical parameters provided by the owner, correctness of design, technical characteristics of eq

7、uipment supplier and construction quality, which have an impact on performance of the system. The commissioner shall, if finding it impossible to work as a result thereof in the commissioning process, reflect it to the contractor, the owner, the general contractor and the supervisor in due time. 由于測

8、試是調(diào)試的前提，只有通過測試才能了解系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的狀況?，F(xiàn)場存在問題的原因是多種的，所以很難用一種固定模式來解決上述問題，如出現(xiàn)問題我們會(huì)及時(shí)向施工單位、業(yè)主、設(shè)計(jì)、監(jiān)理匯報(bào)，協(xié)商解決問題措施。Since tests are prerequisite to commissioning, operating condition of the system can be known only by passing the tests. There are many kinds of problems existing at the site, so it is very difficult to s

Description of Commissioning1風(fēng)管系統(tǒng)的調(diào)試 Commissioning of Air Duct System 通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)，測定排風(fēng)機(jī)的風(fēng)量、風(fēng)壓應(yīng)在風(fēng)機(jī)特性曲線上，且風(fēng)量符合設(shè)計(jì)要求時(shí)，進(jìn)行

10、風(fēng)量平衡。從最不利管門按設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)量用等比分配法進(jìn)行風(fēng)口平衡。風(fēng)口平衡后，對(duì)總風(fēng)量復(fù)測，復(fù)測值應(yīng)與設(shè)計(jì)值基本相符。最后用紅漆對(duì)平衡的閥門進(jìn)行標(biāo)色。For the ventilation system, measured blast volume and blast pressure of exhaust fans shall be on the their characteristic curves, and blast volume shall be balanced when it meets design requirements. The tuyeres shall be balanced

11、 from the worst pipe door by equal distribution in accordance with the designed blast volume. After that, total blast volume shall be re-measured, and re-measured value shall be basically consistent with design value. Finally, balanced valves shall be painted in red. 排煙系統(tǒng)試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)及測試 Trial run and tests o

22、Preparation of information: Test information includes a complete set of system drawings, control principle drawings, relevant plane layouts and test data to be provided by the designer.4 物業(yè)管理對(duì)所調(diào)試工作的房門在需要時(shí)能及時(shí)開啟。It is possible for property management to open the door of the room where commissioning is

23、 done when necessary.5 設(shè)計(jì)方能及時(shí)提供技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)，且對(duì)測試過程中的數(shù)據(jù)能共同進(jìn)行判別。The designer shall be able to provide technical data and jointly identify data during the tests.6 在調(diào)試過程發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題，我方及時(shí)向業(yè)主、監(jiān)理、總包匯報(bào)后，請(qǐng)業(yè)主能及時(shí)給于解決，利于工作順利進(jìn)行。We will report any problem found in the commissioning process to the owner, the supervisor and the g

The impellers shall n

27、either seize nor collide with anything else and shall rotate in the correct direction for at least 2h. There shall be no abnormal noise or vibration. The bearings shall have no abnormal temperature rise. The belts shall be properly tensioned. 風(fēng)管系統(tǒng)檢查風(fēng)管系統(tǒng)所服務(wù)的大廳及房間均應(yīng)打掃清潔，檢查系統(tǒng)中閥門開啟是否正確，防火閥、調(diào)節(jié)閥一般都處在開啟位置。

28、Inspection of air duct system The halls and rooms for which the air duct system is used shall be cleaned up. Check if valves in the system are correctly opened. The fire valves and regulating valves are generally open. 總風(fēng)量風(fēng)壓轉(zhuǎn)速測定測定風(fēng)機(jī)總風(fēng)量時(shí)，選定氣流相對(duì)穩(wěn)定段，一般應(yīng)選在產(chǎn)生局部阻力之后45倍風(fēng)管直徑(或風(fēng)管大邊尺寸)和產(chǎn)生局部阻力之前1.52倍風(fēng)管直徑(或風(fēng)管大邊

29、尺寸)的直管段上。測定時(shí)，在矩形風(fēng)管截面內(nèi)測量平均風(fēng)速，應(yīng)將將測定面分成若干個(gè)等面積方格，每個(gè)方格約為0.05，用數(shù)字式風(fēng)速儀測出各個(gè)方格的風(fēng)速，求出平均風(fēng)速，計(jì)算出總風(fēng)量。Measurement of blast pressure, rotation speed and total blast volume To measure total blast volume of fans, a segment with relatively stable air flow shall be selected, generally a straight pipe segment that is 4-

30、5 times of the diameter (or size of the long side) of an air duct after local resistance is generated and 1.5-2 times of the diameter (or size of the long side) of an air duct before local resistance is generated. In the measurement, average air speed shall be measured in the cross section of a rect

31、angular air duct, and the measured surface shall be divided into several equal-area squares each of which is approx. 0.05m2. Air speed in each of the squares shall be measured with a digital anemoscope to derive average air speed and calculate total blast volume. 風(fēng)口風(fēng)量測試與平衡包括兩方面工作，其一、是風(fēng)口風(fēng)量測試，其二、是風(fēng)口之間

32、的平衡。Testing and balancing of blast volume of tuyeres Including two items of work, one of which is testing of blast volume of tuyeres, and the other is balancing between tuyeres.首先測定每個(gè)風(fēng)口的風(fēng)速，然后根據(jù)所測定數(shù)據(jù)分析，通過調(diào)節(jié)各支管上的調(diào)節(jié)閥，使每個(gè)風(fēng)口的風(fēng)量達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求，誤差在5范圍內(nèi)，風(fēng)口風(fēng)量平衡時(shí)根據(jù)實(shí)測風(fēng)量與設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)量的比值進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)，從最不利處進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)，直至趨于平衡。First of all, measur

34、st place in accordance with the ratio between measured blast volume to designed blast volume until it is balanced.平衡一般采用基準(zhǔn)風(fēng)口調(diào)整法。此方法以風(fēng)口風(fēng)量測量為基礎(chǔ)，先用風(fēng)速儀初測全部風(fēng)口的送風(fēng)量，并計(jì)算每個(gè)風(fēng)口的實(shí)測風(fēng)量與設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)量的比值，選出每條支干管上比值最小的風(fēng)口，作為調(diào)整各支干管上風(fēng)口風(fēng)量的基準(zhǔn)風(fēng)口。再從最遠(yuǎn)支干管最遠(yuǎn)的風(fēng)口開始測量與調(diào)整，使得風(fēng)口與基準(zhǔn)風(fēng)口實(shí)測風(fēng)量與設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)量的比值近似相等，逐步使風(fēng)口風(fēng)量得到平衡。Generally, reference tuyere

It is based on measurement of blast volume of tuyeres by preliminarily measuring air supply volume of all tuyeres with an anemoscope, calculating the ratio of measured blast volume to designed blast volume of each tuyere and selecting the tuyere with the small

36、est ratio on each branch and main pipe as the reference tuyere for adjusting blast volume of tuyeres on each of the pipes. Then, start measurement and adjustment with the farthermost tuyere of the farthermost branch or main pipe to make the ratio of measured blast volume to designed blast volume of

37、each tuyere approximate to that of the reference tuyere and gradually balance blast volume of tuyeres.在圖紙上未標(biāo)定風(fēng)口風(fēng)量時(shí)，按照實(shí)測值等面積分配或與設(shè)計(jì)溝通按設(shè)計(jì)的給定值進(jìn)行分配。Blast volume of tuyeres shall, if not stated in drawings, be equally distributed by areas in accordance with measured value or distributed in accordance with

38、 given value in design by communicating with the designer. 復(fù)測在風(fēng)口風(fēng)量平衡工作結(jié)束后，還必須對(duì)風(fēng)機(jī)的總風(fēng)量和風(fēng)壓進(jìn)行一次復(fù)測，如與設(shè)計(jì)要求相符合則調(diào)試完畢，如與設(shè)計(jì)值偏差超過5%或超過業(yè)主要求時(shí)必須進(jìn)行復(fù)查，尋找出原因，并就此做出應(yīng)對(duì)，直至問題的解決。Re-measurement After blast volume of tuyeres is balanced, total blast volume and blast pressure of fans must be re-measured. If re-measured val
