5、 tell the students this lesson we will learn the ways of transportations, then write down the sentence “ How do you get to school?” on the blackboard.2. Explain the title of How do you get to school?And change the first personal pronouns to the third one.3. Learn the new words and expressions, and a

6、sk the students “How do you get to school?” Help the students to answer “take the bus, take the subway, take the train, ride a bike, walk.”4.Ask the students to complete 1a, then check the answer with them.Step2. Listening.( About 8 minutes) Before I play 1b. I ask the students: how do you get to sc

7、hool? I want them to remember the ways of transportation. And I play 1b, let the students to complete 1b, the check the answers. And then let the students listen and imitate the dialogue.Step3. Pairwork and groupwork.( About 6 minutes)Ask two students to read the conversation, then let the students

8、practice in pairs. After that, ask them to practice in groups like this: A: How do you get to school? B: I ride my bike.A: How does he get to school?B: He walks to school.Encourage them to use different words and find out the best group. In this step, the students are required to practice the sample

9、 in pairs by reading the dialogue aloud. This step is employed to make the students grasp the sample. Purpose of my designing: This step is employed to make the students get the general idea of the dialogue as a whole one. At the same time, let the students have a chance to practice their listening

10、and spoken ability. “Task-based” teaching method is used here to develop the students ability of communication and also their ability of cooperation. I think proper competition can arouse the students interest in English learning if the students can finish the task well, they will benefit a lot in t

11、heir spoken English. Step4 Practice( About 8 minutes)1.In this step, tell the students: 主語+take/takes the/a 交通工具 to sp and 主語+ get/go(gets/goes) to sp by 交通工具 have the same meaning. But before here, there and home, we cant use “to”.2.Ask students to correct the following sentences: A.I by bike to sc
