UAC統(tǒng)一接入控制

1、UnifiedAccessControl（通用接入控制）上周將NR重選的時候，在S舊2中定義了UAC當(dāng)時由于時間問題，沒有展開來進(jìn)行解釋，所以考慮補充一個專題文檔。UAOUE接入控制或狀態(tài)改變的機制集合。在LTE中，我們就經(jīng)常會碰到需要接入控制的時候，比如某個小區(qū)超載了，大量UE接入到一個小區(qū)，導(dǎo)致UE間相互干擾嚴(yán)重，無法成功解碼。在4G中，接入控制主要有兩種類型：UE初始接入請求的時候，網(wǎng)絡(luò)下發(fā)拒絕消息；自己阻止UE嘗試初始接入（也就是CellBar）Case1:SIB1配置bar,所有UE都不能接入,含緊急呼叫Case2：SIB2配備Bar,只針對特定服務(wù)特定的U或止接入在LTE中，接入控
