2、oning3.調(diào)試前必須具備的條件 Conditions of commissioning4.調(diào)試步驟 Process of commissioning5.注意事項(xiàng) Precautions1. 編制目的 Compile Purpose為了指導(dǎo)和規(guī)范系統(tǒng)及設(shè)備的調(diào)試工作,檢驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的性能,發(fā)現(xiàn)并消除可能存在的缺陷,檢查熱工聯(lián)鎖、保護(hù)和信號(hào)裝置,確保其動(dòng)作可靠。使系統(tǒng)及設(shè)備能夠安全正常投入運(yùn)行,制定本方案。This commissioning procedure is compiled to guide and standardize the practice of testing and adju
3、sting to facilitate proofing of system performance, finding and repairing of possible defects, thus ensuring that the equipment and system can be brought into operation safely and smoothly.2. 調(diào)試范圍 Scope of commissioning2.1協(xié)調(diào)控制系統(tǒng)是大型火力發(fā)電機(jī)組的主要控制系統(tǒng),它將鍋爐和汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)作為一個(gè)整體考慮來進(jìn)行控制,協(xié)調(diào)鍋爐控制系統(tǒng)與汽輪機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的工作,以消除鍋爐和汽輪機(jī)在動(dòng)
4、態(tài)特性方面的差異,使機(jī)組既能夠適應(yīng)電網(wǎng)負(fù)荷變化的需要,又能夠保證機(jī)組的安全穩(wěn)定經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行。機(jī)爐協(xié)調(diào)控制系統(tǒng)直接作用的控制對(duì)象是鍋爐主控制系統(tǒng)和汽輪機(jī)主控制系統(tǒng),然后再由這兩個(gè)主控系統(tǒng)分別控制各自的子控制系統(tǒng)如鍋爐燃燒控制子系統(tǒng)、鍋爐給水控制子系統(tǒng)和汽輪機(jī)電液調(diào)節(jié)子控制系統(tǒng)等。As a major control system of large thermal power generating unit, coordinated control system (CCS) treats the boiler and turbine-generator as a whole, harmonizes t
5、he effect of boiler and turbine control systems, and compensates the difference in boiler and turbine-generator dynamic characteristics, thereby meeting changing demand of the Grid and also ensuring safe and economic operation of the unit. The CCS exerts influence directly upon the main control syst
6、em of boiler and that of turbine, then these two systems exert influence respectively on their own subsystems such as boiler combustion control, boiler feed water, turbine digital electro-hydraulic control (DEH).2.2 印度BALCO擴(kuò)建4 x300 MW燃煤電站工程協(xié)調(diào)系統(tǒng)有如下幾種控制方式:BALCO EXPANSION PROJECT 4300 MW THERMAL POWER
7、PLANT CCS has following control modes:手動(dòng)方式 Manual mode機(jī)跟隨控制方式(TF) Turbine follow control mode爐跟隨控制方式(BF) Boiler follow control mode機(jī)爐協(xié)調(diào)控制方式 Coordinated boiler-turbine control mode3. 調(diào)試前必須具備的條件 Conditions of commissioning3.1該系統(tǒng)授電工作已經(jīng)進(jìn)行完畢并檢驗(yàn)合格,軟件恢復(fù)工作已經(jīng)結(jié)束并檢驗(yàn)合格。CCS energizing and software recovery shall
8、 be finished, fulfilling the requirements.3.2該系統(tǒng)硬件檢查和I/O通道精確度檢查工作已經(jīng)結(jié)束并檢驗(yàn)合格。CCS hardware inspection shall be finished, and I/O channels accuracy shall be checked up to standard. 3.3主要熱控設(shè)備、控制機(jī)柜、執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)和變送器已安裝就位。I&C devices, control cabinets, actuators, and transmitters shall be installed.4. 調(diào)試步驟 Process
9、of commissioning4.1靜態(tài)調(diào)試 Static test4.1.1電纜接線檢查 Inspection of cable wiring檢查協(xié)調(diào)控制機(jī)柜與其他控制系統(tǒng)之間的電纜接線是否正確。包括:與 DEH控制系統(tǒng)之間的接線,與熱工信號(hào)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)之間的接線。Check the cable between CCS cabinets and other control systems are wired correctly, including cables to DEH control system and to I&C alarming signal system.4.1.2信號(hào)傳輸試
10、驗(yàn) Signal transmission test檢查輸入、輸出信號(hào)聯(lián)絡(luò)通道是否暢通無阻,各個(gè)聯(lián)絡(luò)信號(hào)在工程單位和量程上是否一致和合理。Check the I/O channels work normal, with interchange signals consistent in unit and range.4.1.3靜態(tài)參數(shù)的整定 Static parameters setting 各個(gè)PID調(diào)節(jié)器參數(shù)可根據(jù)機(jī)組設(shè)計(jì)額定參數(shù)及燃料的發(fā)熱量進(jìn)行理論計(jì)算后進(jìn)行初步整定或按經(jīng)驗(yàn)值進(jìn)行初步整定,作為機(jī)組首次投入?yún)f(xié)調(diào)控制系統(tǒng)的原始動(dòng)態(tài)參數(shù)。The parameters of each PID
11、regulator can be set preliminarily from calculation based on the unit rated parameters and fuel heating value, or from operational experience. These parameter values are used as the original dynamic parameters when the CCS initial is put into operation for the first time.4.1.4檢查各子控制系統(tǒng)按照機(jī)爐主控指令變化是否正確。
12、Check that each subsystem changes correctly, in accordance with the main control order of turbine and boiler.4.1.5檢查各種協(xié)調(diào)控制方式的手動(dòng)/自動(dòng)切換是否平衡,無擾動(dòng)。Check the Manual/Auto change-over on each coordinated control mode is capable of balancing, without causing disturbance.4.1.6檢查各種協(xié)調(diào)控制方式之間的切換是否平衡,無擾動(dòng)。Check the
13、changeover between coordinated control modes is capable of balancing, without causing disturbance.4.1.7分別在各種協(xié)調(diào)控制方式下,檢查調(diào)節(jié)器的作用方向是否正確,子控制系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)作方向是否正確,協(xié)調(diào)控制系統(tǒng)與子控制系統(tǒng)之間的信號(hào)傳輸是否正確。On each control mode, check the following items:l All regulators act in their correct directionl All subsystems under CCS act in t
14、heir correct directionl The signals are transferred correctly between CCS and the subsystems.4.1.8檢查協(xié)調(diào)控制系統(tǒng)的強(qiáng)制手動(dòng)條件是否正確、可靠。Check the forced manual conditions of CCS correct and reliable.4.2動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)試及投入 Dynamic test and operation4.2.1投入以下子控制系統(tǒng): 鍋爐燃料控制系統(tǒng),鍋爐送風(fēng)控制系統(tǒng),爐膛壓力控制系統(tǒng),主蒸汽溫度控制系統(tǒng),再熱蒸汽溫度控制系統(tǒng),給水控制系統(tǒng),除氧器水位控制系
15、統(tǒng)等主要子控制系統(tǒng)。Put in the following subsystems:l Boiler combustion control systeml Boiler draft flow control system l Furnace pressure control systeml Main steam temperature control systeml Reheat steam temperature control systeml Boiler feed water control systeml Deaerator level control system. 4.2.2首次投
16、入?yún)f(xié)調(diào)控制系統(tǒng)應(yīng)在機(jī)組負(fù)荷大于70%額定負(fù)荷時(shí)。The CCS may be put into operation for the first time only if the unit load is above 70% rating.4.2.3用鍋爐主控進(jìn)行“手動(dòng)增加/手動(dòng)減少燃料試驗(yàn)”。在運(yùn)行人員的配合下,操作鍋爐主控制器,緩慢增加或減少鍋爐主控的輸出信號(hào),觀察給煤機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速變化情況、爐膛壓力的變化情況、汽溫和汽壓的變化情況等來判定手動(dòng)操作是否有效。Carry out the “Manual fuel up/Manual fuel down” test through boiler mai
17、n control system. Together with the operator, manipulate the boiler main controller to increase or reduce gradually the output signals of boiler main controller, and observe how the following items change and determine whether the manual operation is effective or not. l Coal feeder speedl Furnace pr
18、essurel Steam temperature and pressure4.2.4將汽機(jī)控制器由DEH控制方式切換到CCS控制方式,然后用汽機(jī)主控進(jìn)行“手動(dòng)增加/手動(dòng)減少汽機(jī)閥門開度試驗(yàn)”。在運(yùn)行人員的配合下,操作汽機(jī)主控制器,緩慢增加或減少汽機(jī)主控的輸出信號(hào),觀察汽機(jī)調(diào)節(jié)閥門開度的變化情況、汽機(jī)負(fù)荷的變化情況等來判定手動(dòng)操作是否有效。Change over turbine controller from DEH to CCS, and then carry out the “turbine valves opening Manual up/Manual down” test. Toget
19、her with the operator, manipulate the turbine main controller to increase/decrease the output of the turbine main controller slowly, and observe the change in both the opening of the turbine governor valves and the load of turbine, to judge the effectiveness of the manual operation.4.2.5投入機(jī)跟隨控制方式。Se
20、lect to the turbine follow (TF) control mode.4.2.6投入爐跟隨控制方式。Select to boiler follow (BF) control mode.4.2.7投入?yún)f(xié)調(diào)控制方式。Select to coordinated boiler-turbine control mode.4.2.8負(fù)荷變動(dòng)試驗(yàn) Load fluctuating test當(dāng)機(jī)組協(xié)調(diào)控制投入且負(fù)荷在70%-100%之間穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行一段時(shí)間后,進(jìn)行負(fù)荷變動(dòng)試驗(yàn),進(jìn)一步檢測協(xié)調(diào)控制的性能。After the coordinated boiler-turbine control i
21、s brought into service and the unit is carrying 70%-100% of its rated load for a certain period of time, carry out the load fluctuating test to further examine the performance of coordinated control system.5. 注意事項(xiàng) Precautions5.1參加調(diào)試的所有工作人員應(yīng)嚴(yán)格遵守現(xiàn)場有關(guān)安全規(guī)定,確保調(diào)試工作安全可靠地進(jìn)行。All personnel participating in co
22、mmissioning should strictly execute relevant site-safety-rules to ensure the work can be done safely and reliably.5.2如在調(diào)試過程中可能或已經(jīng)發(fā)生設(shè)備損壞、人身傷亡等情況,應(yīng)立即停止調(diào)試工作,并分析原因,提出解決措施。In case of any misfortune already or possible happened, such as equipment-damage or health-hazard, the commissioning work should be s
23、uspended. The solution must be issued after analysis.5.3如在調(diào)試過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)異常情況,應(yīng)及時(shí)調(diào)整,并立即匯報(bào)指揮人員。If any abnormality is discovered during commissioning, adjustment must be executed in time and report the instructor as soon as possible.5.4調(diào)試全過程均應(yīng)有各相關(guān)專業(yè)人員在崗,以確保設(shè)備運(yùn)行的安全。Throughout commissioning, technical personnel of the relevant specialties shall be on duty in order to ensure safety of equipment operation.5.5參加協(xié)調(diào)控制系統(tǒng)投入的人員包括熱控調(diào)試人員、熱控設(shè)備廠家服務(wù)人員、機(jī)爐調(diào)試人員以及機(jī)爐運(yùn)行人員,參加人員需密切配合,明確自己的職責(zé)。The initial
