1、聘用合同EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT聘用方：受聘方：Employer:Employee:證件號(hào)碼：護(hù)照號(hào)碼：Business ID :Passport No:受聘方（以下稱(chēng)為外籍教師）自愿來(lái)到廣州市番禺區(qū)擔(dān)任英語(yǔ)教師.聘用方和外籍教師本著友好 合作的精神，同意簽定合同并保證認(rèn)真履行合同中約定的各項(xiàng)義務(wù).The Employee （hereafter referred to as “ Foreign Teacher "）willingly comes to Guangzhou to be a teacher at Panyu District . The Employer a

2、nd the Foreign Teacher, in a spirit of friendly cooperation, agree to sign this contract and pledge to full conscientiously all the obligations stipulated in it.一.合同期限：Contract period :合同期自2014 年 月 日起至2015年 月 日止。The period of service will be from the 12th of February, 2014 to the 12th of February, 2

3、015.二.薪酬標(biāo)準(zhǔn)Salary criterion1 .受聘方的薪酬為人民幣6000元/月（包含64節(jié)課時(shí)）1000元/月的全勤獎(jiǎng)，500元/月的交通補(bǔ)貼。Party B's basic salary will be 6000RMB for 64 classes and 1000RMB for full attendance bonus and 500RMB for transferring allowance.2 .工資以月結(jié)算 每月十五號(hào)發(fā)放，不可提前或延誤發(fā)放，特殊情況除外。Party B s alary will be paid on 15thof every month a

4、nd should not be given in advance ordelayed in the absence of exceptional circumstances.3 .受聘方每周工作24 小時(shí)，時(shí)間如下：The working time for Party B is 24 hours each week. Generally Working table: 星期三下午14:00 to 18:00Wednesday afternoon 14:00 to 18:00 星期五下午14:00 to 18:00Friday afternoon 14:00 to 18:00 星期六和星期天9:

5、00 to 18:00Saturday&Sunday 9:00 to 18:00* 如遇國(guó)家法定節(jié)假日 ,需變更工作時(shí)間，聘用方需提前通知，受聘方必須接受安排。* Party A should inform Party B in advance if there are some changs for the working timein case of National Holiday and Party B must accept the arrangements.4.如果乙方少于此24 小時(shí)工作時(shí)間，則扣除相應(yīng)的薪酬。The corresponding wages will be

6、 deducted if Party B works less than 24 hours each week.在周三和周五，如果乙方每遲到一小時(shí)將扣除50元人民幣。For Wednesday& Friday, RMB 50 will be deducted if Party B is late per one hour. 在周六和周日，如果乙方每遲到一小時(shí)將扣除100 元人民幣。For Saturday&Sunday, RMB 100 will be deducted if Party B is late per one hour.如果乙方在一個(gè)月內(nèi)周六和周日遲到超過(guò)兩次或請(qǐng)

7、事假一次病假一次以上將得不到全勤獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。If Party B late on Saturday and Sunday in a month more than two times or sick leave morethan once,would not get a perfect attendance award.三外籍教師職責(zé)Foreign Teacher s Duties and Responsibilities1 外籍教師應(yīng)遵守中國(guó)的法律法規(guī)， 不干預(yù)中國(guó)的內(nèi)部事務(wù)。The foreign teacher will follow Chinese law and regulations,

8、and will not interfere in Chinese enteral political affairs.2 外籍教師應(yīng)遵守聘用方的工作制度和中國(guó)政府關(guān)于外籍教師的相關(guān)規(guī)章制度。The foreign teacher will follow the Employer s working regulations and the relevant Foreign Expert regulations of the Chinese government.3 外籍教師應(yīng)尊重中國(guó)人的道德標(biāo)準(zhǔn)， 特別是要保持恰當(dāng)?shù)穆殬I(yè)面貌和行為準(zhǔn)則。The foreign teacher will resp

9、ect the moral standards and customs of the Chinese people.This specially includes maintaining an appropriate professional appearance and standard of behavior.4 . 外籍教師同意在合同期內(nèi)不接受其他機(jī)構(gòu)的聘用而影響本校的正常教學(xué)。The foreign teacher agrees that during the contract period he/she will not accept employment at any other

10、organization which will disrupt the regular teaching at Parade english training center.5 . 外籍教師應(yīng)使用聘用方提供的教學(xué)材料，制定合適的教學(xué)計(jì)劃，保證教學(xué)質(zhì)量。The foreign teacher will use the teaching materials provided by the Employer and will develop an appropriate teaching plan. The foreign teacher should conscientiously apply t

11、his teaching plan to ensure a high quality education.6 . 外籍教師職責(zé)包括:The foreign teacher s duties will include: 課堂準(zhǔn)備(教學(xué)計(jì)劃、教案、作業(yè)批改等) ；To prepare for the lessons. (teaching plans, lesson plans, homework making, etc.) 與家長(zhǎng)和其他教師的溝通交流；Communication with parents and teachers;參與學(xué)校活動(dòng)。To participate in school ev

12、ents.耐心地教導(dǎo)學(xué)生。Patiently teaching the students.7 .外籍教師應(yīng)接受聘用方的評(píng)估、指導(dǎo)和考核。The foreign teacher will allow time for evaluating professional development discussionsand final test of the teaching skills and teaching effects with the Employer.8 .外籍教師應(yīng)持有健康證明，并負(fù)擔(dān)體檢費(fèi)用。 The foreign teacher will have a health certi

13、ficate and will be responsible for paying the cost ofthe medical examination.9 .乙方在工作期間的健康及醫(yī)療由乙方自行解決。The accommodation,health and illness should be solved by herself/himself during theworking period.10 . 外籍教師必須提供真實(shí)有效證件，如因證件原因產(chǎn)生的后果自行負(fù)責(zé)。The foreign teacher must provide the real certificates. The forei

14、gn teacher must take the responsibility personally because of the fake certificates.11 .乙方應(yīng)遵守甲方的工作制度和有關(guān)外國(guó)專(zhuān)家的管理規(guī)定，接受聘方的工作安排。Party B shall observe Party A's work system and regulations concerning administration offoreign experts and shall accept Party A's arrangement direction, supervision and

15、evolution in regard to his/her work.12 . 按期完成工作任務(wù)，保證工作質(zhì)量。Party B shall complete the tasks agreed on schedule and guarantee the quality of work.四病假及事假：Sick leave and private affair leave如果乙方因患病并經(jīng)醫(yī)院證明確不能工作， 可以向甲方提出請(qǐng)假， 乙方在病假期間無(wú)工資。 如果乙方連續(xù) 15 天請(qǐng)病假，甲方可以按照國(guó)家外專(zhuān)局合同有關(guān)規(guī)定中止與受聘方的合同。If part B was sick and have ce

16、rtificate from hospital can not work, part B can apply forleave,but no salary in these period.If part B apply leave 15 days continuous,part A canterminate the contract according to the contract issued by state administration of foreign experts affairs.五聘用方職責(zé)Employer s Responsibilities1. 向受聘方介紹中國(guó)有關(guān)法律

17、、法規(guī)和聘方有關(guān)工作制度以及外國(guó)專(zhuān)家的管理規(guī)定。Party A shall introduce to Party B the laws, decrees and relevant regulations by the Chinese government, the Party A's work system and regulations concerning administration of foreign experts.2. 對(duì)受聘方的工作進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)，檢查和評(píng)估。Party A shall conduct direction, supervision and evolution

18、of Party B's work.3. 配備合作共事人員。Party A shall provide co-workers.4. 按時(shí)支付受聘方的報(bào)酬。Party A shall pay Party B's salary regularly by the month.六合同的終止Termination of Contract1 、下列情況下，聘用方有權(quán)書(shū)面通知外籍教師終止合同：如外籍教師違反中國(guó)的法律法規(guī)、 聘用方的工作制度、 中國(guó)政府關(guān)于外籍專(zhuān)家的相關(guān)規(guī)章制度或者合同的其他條款。此種情況，無(wú)補(bǔ)償；如外籍教師表現(xiàn)不佳， 不能盡責(zé)者， 聘用方有權(quán)立即終止合同， 外籍教師將得到十

19、五天的工資作為補(bǔ)償金；如聘用方?jīng)Q定給予 15 天的時(shí)間允許其改進(jìn)工作，但到期后其工作表現(xiàn)仍不能令聘用方滿意者，合同將被終止，聘用方無(wú)須提供額外補(bǔ)償；If the Foreign Teacher fails to satisfactory perform his/her duties and responsibilities, thecontract will be terminated immediately, but the foreign teacher will receive fifteen daysseverance pay; Or, at he sole discretion of the Employer, the Foreign Teacher will be givenfifteen days to improve his/her job performance. If, after fifteen days, the Foreign Teacherhas not improved his/her job performance to the satisfaction of the Employer, the contract will then be terminate
