41、的傷害分為：輕傷、重傷、死亡The injury from accident are three classis: slight wound, serious wound, dead輕傷：負(fù)傷后需要歇工1 個工作日以上，低于國標(biāo)105 日，但未達(dá)到重傷程度的失能傷害。Slight wound: need to rest more than 1day, less than 105days as international standard, does not reach the disability.重傷：指符合勞動部門關(guān)于重傷事故范圍的意見中所列情形之一的傷害；損失工作日總和超過國標(biāo)105 日

42、的失能傷害。Serious wound: one of the injuries of list in <Arrange of serious wound accident> resting working days more than 105days and loss ability.2) 安全事故造成的人員傷亡或者直接經(jīng)濟(jì)損失，一般分為以下等級：The casualty or direct economic losses from accident classify as:特別重大事故，指造成 30 人以上死亡，或者 100 人以上重傷，或者 1 億元以上直接經(jīng)濟(jì)損失的事故。

43、Especially serious accident: casualty more than 30persons, or serious wound person more than100, or directly economic loss more than 100million.重大事故，指造成 10 人以上 30 人以下死亡，或者 50 人以上 100 人以下重傷，或者 5000 萬元以上 1 億元以下直接經(jīng)濟(jì)損失的事故。Serious accident: casualty more than 10 but less than 30, or serious wound person

46、re,“ less than” does not include the figure3) 事故報告：事故報告應(yīng)當(dāng)及時、準(zhǔn)確、完整，任何單位和個人對事故不得遲報、漏報、謊報或者瞞報。Accidentreport:the reportmust on time,accurate,and complete,any departmentor personcannotdelay, omit, hide, and prevaricate the report.當(dāng)事故發(fā)生時，事故現(xiàn)場有關(guān)人員應(yīng)立即搶救傷員同時保護(hù)現(xiàn)場，如因搶救傷員和防止事故擴(kuò)大，需要移動現(xiàn)場物價時，必須做出標(biāo)志，詳細(xì)記錄或拍照和繪制事故現(xiàn)場

Atlast to do the education for labors with accident analyzing meeting, safety training十、安全生產(chǎn)獎勵與處罰SAFETY PRODUCTION AWARD AND SANCTION安全生產(chǎn)獎勵如下Safety production award：1) 對安全生產(chǎn)有特殊貢獻(xiàn)的個人或部門，給予特別獎勵。The person or department

50、that has a special contribution to the safety production will get a special award.2) 在生產(chǎn)過程中，為公司提供安全生產(chǎn)管理建議、合理化設(shè)施設(shè)備改進(jìn)，經(jīng)采納確實有效地減少違章現(xiàn)象、設(shè)施設(shè)備改進(jìn)后事故明顯下降的，經(jīng)安全生產(chǎn)負(fù)責(zé)人特別批準(zhǔn)，可發(fā)獎金100 至 10000元不等。During production the person that provides suggestion for safety production management orimprovement or equipments or inst
