Operation scope and work amount本單位工程包括500KV 密閉式組合電器（GIS）設(shè)備及架空母線(xiàn)安裝。GIS由金屬筒狀外殼和盆式絕緣子構(gòu)成封閉氣室，氣室內(nèi)充注SF6氣體，設(shè)備內(nèi)部裝有母線(xiàn)、斷路器、隔離開(kāi)關(guān)、接地開(kāi)關(guān)、電壓電流互感器等電氣元件。GIS配套的架空線(xiàn)路安裝包括架空線(xiàn)一跨，門(mén)型鋼架跨度60.1米，高度35.7米。主母線(xiàn)為鋁鋼空芯擴(kuò)徑導(dǎo)線(xiàn)，型號(hào)LGKK-900，主

The insulated gas chamber of GIS is formed by metal cylindrical shell and basin-type insulator, and the gas chamber filling with SF6 gas, equ

7、ipment inside shall have busbar, circuit breakers, disconnectors, grounding switch, voltage and current transformers and other electrical components. GIS overhead lines installation includes one span of overhead line, door-type steel frame span of 60.1 m, and height of 35.7 meters. The main busbar s

8、hall be expanded diameter hollow aluminum steel conductor, model is LGKK-900, and it is also used for main transformer equipment down conductor. Outlet equipment down conductor is high-strength heat-resistant aluminum alloy conductor, model is LGJQT-1400.3.施工應(yīng)具備的條件：3. Conditions prepared before the

9、construction3.1 GIS設(shè)備到廠(chǎng)應(yīng)由制造廠(chǎng)家與甲方、監(jiān)理單位以及施工方聯(lián)合驗(yàn)收，根據(jù)定貨和交貨文件檢查交貨設(shè)備的完整性和正確性，檢查設(shè)備運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中是否發(fā)生碰撞或損壞。GIS設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)必須符合圖紙要求，用于運(yùn)輸?shù)牡缆菲秸?、通暢?.1 Carry out the joint inspection and acceptance by manufactures, owners, supervision unit and construction unit when GIS equipment arrival on the site, check the integrality and c

10、orrectness of equipment according to the orders and delivery documents, check whether occurring collision or damage during device transportation. GIS equipment foundation must be accorded with the drawing requirement, the transportation road should be flat and unblocked. 3.2 GIS設(shè)備驗(yàn)收時(shí)要檢查下列內(nèi)容：結(jié)構(gòu)是否符合要求

11、。金屬表面的油漆和防銹層、顏色及質(zhì)量是否符合要求。檢查名牌上的文字和數(shù)據(jù)是否正確。對(duì)照裝箱單仔細(xì)核對(duì)設(shè)備的附件、備用零部件、安裝用品、專(zhuān)用工具是否齊全，是否有損傷、變形和銹蝕等現(xiàn)象。瓷套管包裝箱有無(wú)變形、破損等現(xiàn)象。出廠(chǎng)證件及有關(guān)圖紙、資料和文件是否齊全。3.2 GIS equipment acceptance shall check the following items: whether the structure is comply with the requirement. Whether the certificates, relevant drawings, information and documents are complete.3.3設(shè)備安裝之前備品備件要妥善保管，應(yīng)做到如下要求：3.3 Safekeeping the spare part before equipment installation, should do as follows:設(shè)備周

14、圍不能有煙塵、腐蝕或易燃性氣體或水蒸氣、鹽霧等污染物。儲(chǔ)存場(chǎng)所應(yīng)地面平整堅(jiān)實(shí)。絕緣件應(yīng)放在有吸附劑的密封容器中保存，室內(nèi)無(wú)灰塵、無(wú)油污。使用制造商提供的原始包裝，有利于分組保管，所有的備品備件應(yīng)按運(yùn)行規(guī)程中規(guī)定的周期進(jìn)行檢查和校驗(yàn)。要避免較大的溫度波動(dòng)或直接暴露在陽(yáng)光下以免凝露.金屬零件應(yīng)保存在清潔、干燥的室內(nèi)，表面應(yīng)按相關(guān)規(guī)定進(jìn)行防腐保護(hù)。各類(lèi)油脂、密封劑、鎖緊劑應(yīng)放在低溫下保存，防止灰塵、水分浸入，不同種類(lèi)的化學(xué)品要分開(kāi)保存。不同尺寸的包裝箱一般不能疊放在一起，如果包裝箱必須疊放時(shí)，兩箱之間必須加木方，使下面的包裝箱受力均勻，不允許疊放三個(gè)以上的包裝箱。SF6氣體的儲(chǔ)存場(chǎng)所必須保證通風(fēng)良好

15、。有防曬、防潮遮蓋措施。不得靠近熱源和有油污的地方，不準(zhǔn)有水分和油污粘在閥門(mén)上。氣瓶的安全帽、防振圈齊全，安全帽應(yīng)旋緊。存放氣瓶要使其豎起，標(biāo)志向外，運(yùn)輸時(shí)可以臥放。搬運(yùn)時(shí)，把氣瓶帽旋緊，輕裝輕卸，嚴(yán)禁拋滑或敲擊、砸撞。定期檢查設(shè)備預(yù)充氣體有無(wú)泄漏情況。Shall have no smoke dust, corrosion, inflammable gas, steam, salt mist and contaminant around the equipment. Should keep the metal parts in the clean and dry room, conduct surface anticorrosion protection in accordance with the relevant regulation. To store the various grease, aquaseal and locking agent under the low temp

18、erature, to prevent dust, and the different kinds of chemicals should be stored separately. Generally, the different size packaging boxes cannot be stacked together, shall add the batten between two boxes when must be stacked the boxes together, the underside packaging box should

19、 be uniform stress, shall not stack more than three package boxes. Shall ensure the SF6 gas storage places with good ventilation. Should have sunblock, moistureproof cover measures. Shall not near the hot suorece and oil contamination places, the valves free of moisture and oil. The safety cover of

20、gas cylinder and antivibration ring should be complete, and tightening the safety cover, the gas cylinder should be standing for storage, and the sign face to outsider, can be laid flat when transporting. Tightening gas cylinder cover and lightly loading-unloading when moving, throwing, slippin

21、g, striking and bumping is prohibited. Regular check whether the equipment pre-inflatable is leakage.3.4現(xiàn)場(chǎng)運(yùn)輸裝卸要求：3.4 site transport loading-unloading requirement:在儲(chǔ)存地點(diǎn)將設(shè)備用運(yùn)輸工具運(yùn)到裝配現(xiàn)場(chǎng)前，不允許在沒(méi)有包裝的情況下運(yùn)輸。為了保證運(yùn)輸?shù)陌踩煌叽绲陌b箱一般不能疊放在一起(避免壓壞下面包裝箱的頂蓋)。如果包裝箱必須疊放時(shí)，兩箱之間必須加木方，使下面的包裝箱受力均勻。不允許疊放三個(gè)以上包裝箱，應(yīng)當(dāng)心由于疊放導(dǎo)致側(cè)面的不平

22、衡，因此，包裝箱必須綁扎牢固，以防止翻倒、滾落。必須確認(rèn)運(yùn)輸中包裝箱不會(huì)向任何方向移動(dòng)，造成損壞。When use conveyance to transport equipment from storage place to assembly site, not allowed transporting the equipment under the unpackaged status. 49、備安裝：6.3.1 GIS equipment installation:500KV屋外配電裝置每個(gè)間隔為1套設(shè)備，每件的重量較大，設(shè)備就位時(shí)比較困難，吊裝時(shí)，尼龍吊帶、吊裝角度要符合要求，避免設(shè)備傾斜，吊裝過(guò)程中要設(shè)專(zhuān)人指揮，防止振動(dòng)過(guò)大損傷設(shè)備。對(duì)照廠(chǎng)家資料中的產(chǎn)品標(biāo)志，開(kāi)箱后將各組件的號(hào)碼標(biāo)在相應(yīng)位置及圖紙上，然后根據(jù)號(hào)碼將各組件一一對(duì)應(yīng)就位，在母線(xiàn)兩端安裝母線(xiàn)識(shí)別牌和相間識(shí)別牌，為所有設(shè)備提供標(biāo)記號(hào)。就位安裝時(shí)用線(xiàn)垂、水平尺找準(zhǔn)中心和調(diào)好水平。就位前首先確定中心單元，并將其運(yùn)至預(yù)定位置，找正后將基礎(chǔ)點(diǎn)焊固定，然后以此為基準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行拼裝，兩側(cè)單元向中心單元平移對(duì)接。每個(gè)間隔之間應(yīng)保持有1m距

53、fore install in place, and transport to the predetermined position, adopt the spot welding for fixation after alignment, and then be as a benchmark for assembly, carry out the translational connection from both sides unit to center unit. And 1m distance should be maintained between each spacing for
