1、 建議信是就某事向收信人提出寫信人的建議和忠告。建議信有可能是寫給個(gè)人、組織或機(jī)構(gòu)，信的內(nèi)容要包括寫信的原因，建議的內(nèi)容，提出建議的理由。建議信要寫得簡(jiǎn)明扼要、目的明確、具有合理性和說服力。具體寫作步驟一般是“三段式”，通常以firstly, secondly, thirdly或to begin/start with, then, later, last but not least等依次陳述建議，具體為： 第一段：表明寫作意圖。陳述事由，簡(jiǎn)單介紹自己，注意語氣。 第二段：應(yīng)該首先肯定對(duì)方的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，然后再寫需要改進(jìn)的地方或針對(duì)具體情況提出具體建議或忠告。千萬注意不要讓別人以為你是在投訴，而不是提建
