14、廣度,其專業(yè)知識更新是否符合所要錄用職位的要求,作為對專業(yè)知識筆試補充。面試對專業(yè)知識的考察更具靈活性和深度。所提問題也更接近空缺崗位對專業(yè)知識的需求。3、工作實踐經(jīng)驗一般根據(jù)查閱應試者的個人簡歷或求職登記表,作些相關的提問。查詢應試者有關背景及過去工作的情況,以補充、證實其所具有的實踐經(jīng)驗,通過工作經(jīng)歷與實踐經(jīng)驗的了解,還可以考察應試者的責任感、主動性、思維力、口頭表達能力及遇事的理智狀況等。4、口頭表達能力面試中應試者是否能夠將自己的思想、觀點、意見或建議順暢地用語言表達出來??疾斓木唧w內(nèi)容包括:表達的邏輯性、準確性、感染力、音質、音色、音量、音調(diào)等。5、綜合分析能力面試中,應試者是否能對

15、主考官所提出的問題,通過分析抓住本質,并且說理透徹、分析全面、條理清晰。6、反應能力與應變能力主要看應試者對主考官所得的問題理解是否準確,回答的迅速性、準確性等。對于突發(fā)問題的反應是否機智敏捷、回答恰當。對于意外事情的處理是否得當、妥當?shù)取?、人際交往能力在面試中,通過詢問應試者經(jīng)常參與哪些社團活動,喜歡同哪種類型的人打交道,在各種社交場合所扮演的角色,可以了解應試者的人際交往傾向和與人相處的技巧。8、自我控制能力與情緒穩(wěn)定性自我控制能力對于國家公務員及許多其他類型的工作人員(如企業(yè)的管理人員)顯得尤為重要。一方面,在遇到上級批評指責、工作有壓力或是個人利益受到?jīng)_擊時,能夠克制、容忍、理智地對待,不致因情緒波動而影響工作;另一方面工作要有耐心和韌勁。9、工作態(tài)度一是了解應試者對過去學習、工作的態(tài)度;二是了解其對現(xiàn)報考職位的態(tài)度。在過去學習或工作中態(tài)度不認真,做什么、做好做壞者無所謂的人,在新的工作崗位也很難說能勤勤懇懇、認真負責。10、上進心、進取心上進心、進取心強烈的人,一般都確
