7、定電源符合以上條件，請選配相應(yīng)的保護(hù)器，否則會損壞壓縮機(jī)。3. 確保plc亮綠燈，若亮燈異常請與廠家聯(lián)系。4. 確保供電電源接線牢固可靠、接觸良好。5. 切勿使用堅硬、尖銳的物體按壓控制面板按鈕，否則控制器可能損壞。6. 機(jī)組安裝時應(yīng)保持相對的水平和垂直位置。7. 當(dāng)出現(xiàn)異?，F(xiàn)象，立即停機(jī)，斷電檢修。8. 開機(jī)前請確認(rèn)壓縮機(jī)吸、排氣閥已經(jīng)全部打開，否則會造成壓縮機(jī)嚴(yán)重?fù)p傷9. 開機(jī)前請確認(rèn)儲液器上的供液閥已經(jīng)全部打開，否則機(jī)組無法正常運(yùn)行。10. 為保證機(jī)組數(shù)據(jù)不被丟失，請保持機(jī)組持續(xù)供電。11. 保持機(jī)組持續(xù)供水，否則會因缺水而造成循環(huán)水泵燒損。12. 本機(jī)組廠家已設(shè)定的參數(shù)，如用戶修改，后

8、果自負(fù)。13. 非專業(yè)維修人員絕對不許修理產(chǎn)品。以免發(fā)生人身傷害事故。14. 電源設(shè)計專用回路。電源線請勿在中途連接、使用延長線。以免引起觸電、火災(zāi)。15. 請勿將硬物靠近出冰螺桿。以免損壞螺桿、引起人身傷害事故。16. 請勿觸摸工藝管道。以免引起人身傷害事故。17. 對壓縮機(jī)、管道進(jìn)行檢測、維修時，帶上安全眼鏡、手套。18. 利用叉車叉冰機(jī)時，務(wù)必對準(zhǔn)冰機(jī)底座的兩個長方孔，將兩條叉柄伸入到冰機(jī)底座1米以上，才能移動冰機(jī)，此過程中確保穩(wěn)定。19.制冰機(jī)開機(jī)前，須讓系統(tǒng)通電8小時以上，使油加熱器將潤滑油加熱到45-50，（加熱至視油鏡中能觀察到油面），使?jié)櫥椭械闹评鋭┏浞謿饣?，以防止壓縮機(jī)磨損

9、或液擊而影響壓縮機(jī)的使用壽命。1. please read this manual book carefully before using.2. the power supply of machine must meet the following rules：the rated power supply: three phases ac380v, 50 hz.（according to the requirements of the customers can use the corresponding voltage, such as 3p-ac220v,60hz)the scope of

12、he relatively horizontal and vertical positions when install the machine.7. when the abnormal phenomenon appears, please shut it down immediately, and cut off the power to check.8. please confirm the suction and exhaust valves of the compressor have been open before starting the ice-maker, otherwise

13、 it will damage the compressor badly.9. please confirm all valves on the fluid reservoir have been opened，otherwise the ice-maker can not work normally.10. please offer the power to the ice-maker continuously in order to keep the data from not being lost. 11. please offer water to the ice-maker cont

14、inuously in order to prevent the circulating water pump from being damaged because of water shortage.12. the factory has set a fixed parameter, if the user revises it, the user will take all the risk.13. non-professional staff are absolutely forbidden to fix the product, in order to avoid personal i

15、njure accident.14. the power design adopts special circuit. please do not connect in the midway or use extension line with the power cable, in order to prevent causing electric shock sor fires.15. please do not make hard things approach the ice convey screw in order to prevent damaging the screw and

16、 causing personal injure accident.16. do not touch the pipes in order to cause personal injure accident.17. please wear safe glasses and gloves, when make on the examination and maintenance to the compressor and pipes.18.use fork fork ice machine, be sure to aim at the base of the ice machine to two

17、 rectangular mesh, the two fork handle more than 1 m to the ice machine base, to move the ice machine, the process to ensure stability.19. after ice maker stopped ruuning for a long time,ice maker should be electrified at least eight hours when start running. and the oil must be heated up to 45-50 b

18、y the oil heater until you can observe oil level from the mirrior surface. so that the refrigerant in lubricant oil can full gasificated to prevent the compressor from wear or liquid impact, and off the compressor suing life.iii、安裝 (installation)3.1.冰機(jī)配件(ice machine accessories)水冷的冰機(jī)配有冷卻塔，冷卻水泵。根據(jù)客戶的

19、需要配備水冷配件等。the ice machine is equipped with water cooling tower and cooling water pump. matching water fittings according to customers requirement.3.2.制冰機(jī)安裝(install the ice-maker)3.2.1冰機(jī)底座已經(jīng)固定好四個螺栓，將制冰機(jī)直接水平固定在離地面約半米高的位置即可，如圖（1）所示：there are four fixed bolts on the base frame of ice-machine, the ice-ma

22、1) （補(bǔ)水口8，如圖1），只要將供水管連接上即可。供水材質(zhì)應(yīng)不易生銹而污染水質(zhì)。(2) 保證進(jìn)水口壓力穩(wěn)定，否則影響制冰效果。(1) (port 8, figure 1), as long as the water supply pipe is connected to. water supply material should not easy to rust and water pollution. 23、in pipe connection)制冰機(jī)水箱下面有個排水口， 將排污管與排污管接口對應(yīng)連接即可。同時要求排污管上連接有閘閥。當(dāng)制冰時，閘閥關(guān)閉，防止冰水泄漏；當(dāng)定期清洗儲水箱時，打開閘閥，將儲水箱內(nèi)的污水及渣滓由排污管排除。water ice making machine below a water outlet, the drain pipe and drain pipe interface connected to. at the same time to request the sew

25、 (assembly of the cooling tower)3.4.1冷卻塔的關(guān)鍵零部件存放the storage of key spare parts of cooling tower.（1）電機(jī)和減速器（皮帶箱或齒輪箱）應(yīng)室內(nèi)保存，軸端朝上，立式放置。（2）玻璃鋼件和填料不允許曝曬和堆壓重物，應(yīng)存放在陰涼、干燥、防火、通風(fēng)處。（3）風(fēng)機(jī)葉片應(yīng)妥善保管，防止變形。（4）摸底膠漿、纖維氈、m水（固化劑）、填料定型膠水應(yīng)存陰涼處，不能淋雨，避免火種，隔離熱源。（5）安裝時要確實做好安全、防火措施。1) motor and reducer ( belt or gear box ) should

(2) glass steel pieces and filler does not allow exposure and cant cover heavy stuff .they showld be palced in a cool ,dry ,ventilation,fireproof place.(3) fan blades should be properly kept, preventing deformation.(4) the glue for pait

27、ing cooling tower bottom ,tapetum fibrosum,m water ( curing agent),stereotype glue for filler should be kept in the shade ,not get wet in the rain,avoid fire,and isolate the heat source.(5) please make sure the security ,fire prevention measures well when you install machine.3.4.2冷卻塔的安裝cooling tower

30、g tower installation diagram（2）冷卻風(fēng)機(jī)的安裝，有兩種風(fēng)機(jī)，一是abs風(fēng)機(jī)，二是鋁合金。cooling fan installation, there are two kinds of fan, one is abs fan, the other is aluminum alloy. 、abs風(fēng)機(jī)安裝the abs fan installation abs風(fēng)機(jī)已經(jīng)組裝好成一整體，客戶只需把組裝好的風(fēng)機(jī)裝到電機(jī)軸或皮帶箱軸即可。但要注意風(fēng)機(jī)的方向，不可以倒裝。安裝好后將一整體電機(jī)朝上，風(fēng)機(jī)朝下安裝在冷卻塔外殼頸口上。abs fan are assembled int

31、o a whole, customers only need to put the assembled fan mounted to the motor shaft or belt box shaft. but it should be noted that fan direction, can't flip. after the installation of a whole motor upwards, fan installed downward in cooling tower shell neck. 、鋁合金風(fēng)機(jī)安裝。有風(fēng)機(jī)葉片、輪轂和螺絲組成。aluminum alloy

32、fan installation. it is consisted by fan blades, hub and screws. a、輪轂的安裝，輪轂裝在皮帶箱軸或電機(jī)軸上，必須注意順裝和倒裝，輪轂有刻度線面應(yīng)朝上，側(cè)出風(fēng)塔應(yīng)朝外。 b、風(fēng)機(jī)葉片的安裝，風(fēng)機(jī)葉片編號與輪轂編號要對應(yīng)，同時輪轂的法蘭編號與風(fēng)機(jī)葉片法蘭的數(shù)字編號如01.02.03.04等要一一對應(yīng)進(jìn)行安裝，收緊螺絲時風(fēng)機(jī)葉片的刻度中線與輪轂的中線對正。 c、要確保風(fēng)機(jī)的平衡。在按照以上兩個步驟安裝后，在現(xiàn)場可以采用直的扁鐵（可以用其它直線形物品代替）以任一葉片圖（3）鋁合金風(fēng)機(jī)檢測圖 figure (3) aluminum fan

33、 detection map的葉端某點為基點，把測試扁鐵固定在風(fēng)筒上（不允許上下晃動），然后用手緩慢轉(zhuǎn)動風(fēng)機(jī)，檢查其它風(fēng)葉端同一位置的高度是否一致，進(jìn)行微調(diào)使其達(dá)到同一位置，使風(fēng)機(jī)達(dá)到最佳運(yùn)行效果。如圖（3）。a, the mounting hub, hub mounted on the belt box shaft or the shaft of the motor, attention must be paid to shun and flip, a scale line should go upward, side of the wind tower should be heading

35、b scale midlinec, to ensure the balance of fan. in accordance with the above two steps after installation, the spot can be used straight flat iron ( can use other linear items instead ) in any leaves on end point as the starting point, the test flat iron is fixed on the air cylinder ( not allowed to

36、 sway up and down ), and then slow hand rotating fan, check the other wind leaf end position with the same height are consistent, fine-tuning to achieve the same position, so that the fan to achieve optimal running effect. figure (3)(3)管道裝配時注意事項pay an attention to assemble pipeline冷卻水泵安裝位置應(yīng)低于冷卻塔底盤水面

37、一定距離，否則易造成冷卻塔在運(yùn)行時出現(xiàn)開機(jī)抽空、停機(jī)溢水的情況。應(yīng)設(shè)置管道臺架，使冷卻塔不直接承受管道的重量。與冷卻塔接駁法蘭應(yīng)設(shè)有軟管接頭，減小管道震動對冷卻塔的影響。冷卻塔的接管要求：在接管時必須從冷卻塔的疏結(jié)處開始連接，嚴(yán)禁最后才與疏結(jié)連接。否則很容易損壞中心缸疏結(jié)。在接管時要注意保持管內(nèi)干凈，避免焊渣等雜物堵塞冷卻塔灑水孔。the cooling water pump of cooling tower should be installed below the water surface in chassis of cooling tower at a distance,otherwi

38、re it is easy to lead to the pump be in evacuation,stop running or water overflow when cooling tower is running. it should be set to a pipe support,so that the cooling tower does not directly bear the weight of pipeline.the place that connect cooling tower with flange should have hose joint connecti

39、on so that can reduce the impact on the pipe vibration of cooling tower.the requirements of connecting pipe of cooling tower:the pipe should be connect from the cooling towers at the beginning is scanty knot connection, finally with sparse node connection. it is very easy to damage the center cylind

48、oling tower fan overload relaysfr4為碎冰電機(jī)過載繼電器 trash ice motor overload relays vi控制面板 (control panel) 6.1主畫面（ main screen） 圖（9）主畫面figure (9) main picture6.1.1接通24dc電源，此時不要點擊屏幕，大約10秒鐘后顯示主畫面，才能進(jìn)行操作。6.1.2顯示主畫面，有三幅圖不斷伸縮變換，包括顯示公司的目標(biāo)、價值觀、使命等內(nèi)容。“歡迎使用制冰機(jī)”幾個大字有內(nèi)部漸漸浮現(xiàn)出來，如同水慢慢結(jié)成冰。屏下方有網(wǎng)址來回游動，如同水流不斷，生生不息。整個主畫面體現(xiàn)出生

51、圖畫區(qū)域的任意位置，顯示圖（10）控制畫面。 any position you click in the picture screen, shown in figure (10) to control the screen. 圖（10）控制畫面figure (10) control the screen6.2.1首次開機(jī)時，設(shè)置時間數(shù)據(jù)都是0。點擊屏右下角“恢復(fù)出廠設(shè)置”按鍵，此時制冰時間，a組脫冰時間，b組脫冰時間，c組脫冰時間分別顯示1200秒，50秒,50秒，50秒。6.2.2點擊“啟動”按鈕。機(jī)器開始工作。30秒之后，壓縮機(jī)啟動，機(jī)器開始制冰，此時動態(tài)時間有0秒開始遞增，1秒，2秒，3

52、秒·······，直到1200秒?？梢郧宄目吹街票鶗r間的長短。6.2.3制冰后，開始脫冰，a、b、c組脫冰時間的動態(tài)時間動作，可以清楚的知道脫冰的時間和所剩的時間。6.2.4脫冰之后轉(zhuǎn)回到制冰，此時脫冰次數(shù)有0次變?yōu)?次。6.2.5在制冰時候，當(dāng)點擊“a組脫冰”按鍵，機(jī)器立即a組脫冰，之后轉(zhuǎn)回到制冰。當(dāng)點擊“b組脫冰”機(jī)器立即進(jìn)行b組脫冰，之后轉(zhuǎn)回到制冰。當(dāng)點擊“強(qiáng)制脫冰”按鍵，機(jī)器按順序a、b、c組脫冰，脫完冰之后轉(zhuǎn)回制冰。當(dāng)在脫冰時，點擊“返回制冰”按鍵，機(jī)器立即制冰。這點特殊情況才用到，請慎用。6.2.6打開電磁閥，

53、開清洗是在機(jī)器啟動前才能使用，當(dāng)機(jī)器啟動之后，點擊“開電磁閥”，“開清洗”無作用。6.2.7點擊右上方的“english”按鈕，將中文變?yōu)橛⑽??？梢灾杏⑽幕Q。6.2.8客戶主要熟悉這個操作畫面即可。6.2.1、figure 1, the first boot, set the time data are 0. click on the lower right corner of screen "restore factory settings" button, when the ice making time, group a and group b and c time
