3、.6mm0.1mm。v 夾具下鉗口圓弧半徑為 4.0mm0.1mm。v 沖錘刀刃的外側(cè)與夾具之間的間隙為2.0mm0.1mm。v 錘刀刃沖擊點與夾具之間相距為 3.6mm0.1mm。v 沖擊時和沖擊后 5mm 范圍內(nèi)試驗速度為200cm/s20cm/s。低溫脆化試驗儀及其主要部件和結(jié)構(gòu)v傳熱介質(zhì)傳熱介質(zhì)： 在試驗溫度下，對試樣沒有影響，并能保持流動性的液體都可以使用。 注 1：傳熱介質(zhì)可以是乙醇、甲醇、二氯二氟甲烷等。制冷劑可以是固體二氧化碳、液氮等。 注 2：試驗溫度在203K（70）以上推薦用工業(yè)乙醇（純度約95）與固體二氧化碳的混合物。乙醇應(yīng)經(jīng)常更換，若有爭議時，用新乙醇進行試驗。制樣制

4、樣試樣制備采用試樣切割機,表面應(yīng)平坦、光滑，無氣泡、裂紋和其他明顯的肉眼可見缺陷。試樣:長20.0mm0.25mm，寬2.5mm0.05mm，厚20.0mm0.25mm 。每個試驗溫度點取 30 條試樣，求取脆化溫度的溫度點數(shù)不得少于4 點（用計算法求脆化溫度應(yīng)包括試樣全破壞和不破壞的溫度，用圖解法則不包括這兩點的溫度）20.0mm0.25mm20.0mm0.25mm2.5mm0.05mm測試測試v根據(jù)相關(guān)資料，選取合適的溫度點進行測試，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中規(guī)定要至少選取4個溫度點上進行測試，并使這些溫度點在10%90%的試樣破環(huán)范圍內(nèi)都有分布。v每個溫度點至少要測25個試樣，記下每個溫度點試樣破壞百分?jǐn)?shù)。

5、操作步驟操作步驟 1 .開動試驗機的攪拌器，在低溫浴內(nèi)加入適量制冷劑和液體傳熱介質(zhì)，使浴溫達到所需試驗溫度的0.5K 范圍內(nèi)（浴內(nèi)液面距離頂部約30mm）。4.啟動試驗機的沖錘，沖擊試樣。 2. 將試樣固定在夾具中，然后置于試驗機的試樣的試樣架上固定。注：切口試樣，使試樣側(cè)面正中的切口位于與夾具下鉗口圓弧相切的位置上。3.將試樣架裝置浸沒在控制到所需試驗溫度的液體傳熱介質(zhì)中保溫 3min。5. 從低溫浴中取出試樣，記錄破壞試樣數(shù)目，以試樣沖成兩段記為破壞。6. 每次調(diào)節(jié)好所需試驗溫度，重復(fù)步驟2 至步驟5 的操作步驟，直至求出溫度點數(shù)不少于4 點的試樣破壞百分率。v注 1：計算法溫度點應(yīng)包括不

6、破壞和全破壞兩溫度點，而圖解法則不包括這兩點。點間溫度應(yīng)間隔均等。v注 2：開始試驗時，先在預(yù)計的脆化溫度下進行試探試驗，若試樣破壞與不破壞同時存在，則每次分別提高或降低溫度5K10K，直至出現(xiàn)全破壞與不破壞的溫度。然后以二者的溫度范圍分成均等的2K 或5K 間隔進行試驗，求取脆化溫度。結(jié)果表示結(jié)果表示計算法計算法用每個試驗溫度下的試驗破壞數(shù)目計算試樣破壞百分率，然后按下式求取脆化溫度：式中：Tb脆化溫度，K；Th全部試樣破壞的最高溫度（應(yīng)使用正確的代數(shù)符號），K；T均勻升溫的增量，K；S每個試驗溫度點試樣破壞百分?jǐn)?shù)的總和（包括從不破壞的溫度到全破壞的溫度到全破壞溫度的破壞百分?jǐn)?shù)的總和）。在概
