21、應(yīng)垂直配置，間距不應(yīng)小于5m；c、接地體（線）的焊接應(yīng)采用搭接焊，搭接長度符合要求；d、接地體敷設(shè)完畢，基坑回填土不應(yīng)有石塊和建筑垃圾等。5.2.2 盤柜安裝a、盤柜在吊裝、搬運(yùn)過程中要固定牢靠，防止磕碰，避免元件、儀表等油漆損壞；b、盤柜組安裝后，盤面每米高垂直度應(yīng)小于1.5mm，相鄰兩盤頂部水平偏差應(yīng)小于2mm，成列安裝時(shí)，盤頂部水平偏差應(yīng)小于5mm；c、盤柜接地應(yīng)牢固良好；d、引入電纜應(yīng)排列整齊、編號(hào)清晰，避免交叉并固定牢固，不得使端子額外受力；e、盤柜內(nèi)電纜芯線按直或水平有規(guī)律配置，不得任意歪斜交叉連接，備用芯線長度有余量；5.2.3 電氣設(shè)備檢查接線a、電氣設(shè)備可接近裸露導(dǎo)體，必須接

22、地；b、電氣設(shè)備安裝牢固，防水防潮電氣設(shè)備的接口及接線盒等做密封處理；c、設(shè)備接線盒內(nèi)裸露的不同相導(dǎo)線間和導(dǎo)線對(duì)地間最小距離應(yīng)大于8mm，否則應(yīng)采取絕緣防護(hù)措施；d、電氣設(shè)備的絕緣電阻值應(yīng)大于0.5；5.2.4 母線安裝a、母線表面應(yīng)光潔平整，不應(yīng)有裂紋、折皺、夾雜物及變形和扭曲現(xiàn)象，并應(yīng)矯正平直，切斷面平整，無毛刺；b、相同布置的母線，引下線應(yīng)對(duì)稱一致，橫平豎直，整齊美觀；c、母線接頭螺孔的直徑宜大于螺栓直徑1mm，鉆孔應(yīng)垂直，不歪斜，螺孔間中心距離的誤差為±0.5mm；d、母線的接觸面加工必須平整、清潔、無氧化膜，螺栓孔周邊無毛刺；e、母線各類搭接連接的鉆孔直徑和搭接長度符合規(guī)范

23、要求；f、母線支架與預(yù)埋件采用焊接固定時(shí)，焊縫應(yīng)飽滿；采用脹栓固定時(shí)，選用螺栓適配，連接牢固；g、母線平置時(shí)，貫穿螺栓應(yīng)由下往上穿，其余情況下，螺母應(yīng)置于維護(hù)測，螺栓長應(yīng)宜露出螺母23扣；焊接前對(duì)口平直，其彎折偏移不應(yīng)大于0.2%；中心線偏移不應(yīng)大于0.5mm.對(duì)口間隙24mm，65°75°坡口，1.52mm頓邊厚；h、母線應(yīng)盡量減少對(duì)接焊縫，對(duì)接盡量采用螺栓連接，對(duì)接焊接支持絕緣母線夾板邊緣不應(yīng)小于50mm，相同母線不同片上的對(duì)接焊縫，應(yīng)錯(cuò)開位置不少于50mm；i、焊接接頭表面應(yīng)無肉眼可見的裂紋、凹陷、缺肉、未焊透、氣孔、夾渣等缺陷；j、咬邊深度不得超過母線厚度的10%，

24、且其總長度不得超過焊縫總長度的20%；k、母線涂色：交流，a相黃色，b相綠色，c相紅色；在連接處或支持件邊緣兩側(cè)10mm以內(nèi)不涂色；5.2.5 橋架安裝a、橋架安裝橫平豎直，整齊美觀，支持水平間距1.5m，垂直間距不大于2m；b、橋架連接板螺栓固定緊固無遺漏，螺母位于橋架外側(cè)；c、支架與預(yù)埋件焊接固定處，焊縫飽滿，螺栓固定處連接緊固，防松零件齊全；5.2.6 電纜敷設(shè)a、電纜敷設(shè)前，必須經(jīng)絕緣測試合格后，方可進(jìn)行；b、電纜敷設(shè)時(shí)，應(yīng)排列整齊，不宜交叉，要加以固定并裝設(shè)標(biāo)志牌；c、電纜終端上應(yīng)有明顯的相色標(biāo)志，且應(yīng)與系統(tǒng)的相位相一致；d、金屬電纜支架、電纜套管必須接地可靠；e、電纜敷設(shè)嚴(yán)禁有擰絞
