11、本合同。一、工程概況1、工程名稱：武漢郭徐嶺物流中心東6#倉庫2、工程地點(diǎn)：武漢經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)楓樹四路3、承包內(nèi)容：根據(jù)甲方提供的設(shè)計(jì)圖紙（含設(shè)計(jì)變更）按現(xiàn)行有關(guān)規(guī)范和設(shè)計(jì)書的要求，完成工程內(nèi)容規(guī)定的全部工作量。4、承包方式：包工、包料、包安全、包進(jìn)度、包資料、包驗(yàn)收合格。二、工程期限乙方應(yīng)于年月日開工，正式開工日期以監(jiān)理的開工報(bào)告時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)，工程樁施工工期為20 天，如遇特殊情況，雙方另行協(xié)商工期。三、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)按國家及地方現(xiàn)行施工驗(yàn)收規(guī)范承標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，載力滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求，質(zhì)量滿足設(shè)計(jì)及現(xiàn)行規(guī)范、規(guī)程要求。四、合同價(jià)款play levels cadres in enterprise devel opme

26、r model role; to continues to strengthening fourgood leadershi p constr uction根據(jù)本工程的實(shí)際情況，經(jīng)甲乙雙方友好協(xié)商按以下單價(jià)包干：1）本工程采用湖北建華或湖北三和管樁廠生產(chǎn)的樁，按實(shí)際壓樁數(shù)量每米貳佰伍拾元整。此包干價(jià)含PHC-A-500(125)管樁材料，滿足該工程靜壓樁基設(shè)備、及設(shè)備進(jìn)出場費(fèi)，接頭處理的材料人工費(fèi)、管理費(fèi)、利潤及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等一切為本項(xiàng)目圖紙要求及完成本項(xiàng)目所預(yù)見或不可預(yù)見的一切費(fèi)用。2）進(jìn)場或?qū)嶋H用小于9m（不含 9m）的樁段另行增加10 元/m，3）水電費(fèi)由乙方單獨(dú)從業(yè)主單位配電柜接至施工現(xiàn)場單獨(dú)

27、掛表計(jì)量并承擔(dān)水電費(fèi)用，乙方提供管樁材料發(fā)票。五、工程量確認(rèn)乙方所進(jìn)的管樁材料需報(bào)甲方驗(yàn)收并清點(diǎn)數(shù)量，管樁按甲方簽字確認(rèn)的壓樁實(shí)際長度計(jì)算工程量。在工程完工后， 乙方會同甲方完成需監(jiān)理、代建人、 業(yè)主簽字確認(rèn)工程量結(jié)算手續(xù)后，方能與乙方辦理相關(guān)結(jié)算手續(xù)。六、甲方責(zé)任1與建設(shè)單位聯(lián)系并協(xié)調(diào)好工作關(guān)系，劃定工程，辦理交接手續(xù)，負(fù)責(zé)向乙方提供擬建工程定位控制點(diǎn)。2提供工程地質(zhì)報(bào)告、 設(shè)計(jì)樁位圖及有關(guān)文件等資料，并對乙方進(jìn)行技術(shù)交底。3對乙方施工技術(shù)和工程質(zhì)量進(jìn)行監(jiān)督，協(xié)助乙方辦理簽證手續(xù)。4對工程施工實(shí)施全面管理監(jiān)督，檢查工程質(zhì)量、安全生產(chǎn)、工程進(jìn)度，負(fù)責(zé)工程款的支付，辦理竣工結(jié)算等。play le

44、; to continues to strengthening fourgood leadershi p constr uction5負(fù)責(zé)施工人員的現(xiàn)場管理，做到文明施工，確保安全生產(chǎn)，對承包期和施工中發(fā)生的人員、設(shè)備事故，由乙方承擔(dān)全部經(jīng)濟(jì)法律責(zé)任及相應(yīng)費(fèi)用， 甲方協(xié)助對其事故的調(diào)查處理，但不承擔(dān)經(jīng)濟(jì)責(zé)任及法律責(zé)任。乙方負(fù)責(zé)免費(fèi)配合基樁的靜載試驗(yàn)。八、工程價(jià)款、工程量結(jié)算及付款方式1在工程完工后，乙方會同甲方完成工程量結(jié)算手續(xù)，工程量結(jié)算應(yīng)以甲方簽字簽證的實(shí)際配樁長度來計(jì)算工程量。2樁基工程完工支付至實(shí)際工程量的 60%，基礎(chǔ)驗(yàn)收合格后支付至實(shí)際完成工程量的 95%，余款待竣工驗(yàn)收合格后無質(zhì)
