2、際問(wèn)題的能力;(3)提高設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算技巧和編寫(xiě)說(shuō)明書(shū)及繪圖能力;(4)為適應(yīng)工作需要打一下的基礎(chǔ)。培養(yǎng)學(xué)生具有一定的泵站設(shè)計(jì)能力同過(guò)課程設(shè)計(jì),使學(xué)生進(jìn)一步將所學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)理論、基礎(chǔ)技能綜合的運(yùn)用與設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐,熟悉設(shè)計(jì)方法和步驟。(二)設(shè)計(jì)要求1、了解和掌握泵站設(shè)計(jì)的一般方法和步驟,具備獨(dú)立進(jìn)行泵站設(shè)計(jì)的能力。2、熟悉水泵選型的基本原則,掌握水泵并聯(lián)特性曲線的繪制方法,學(xué)會(huì)通過(guò)方案對(duì)比確定最佳的水泵工作組合。3、學(xué)會(huì)水泵站設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中設(shè)計(jì)圖紙的表達(dá)方法,掌握其關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。4、提高學(xué)生綜合運(yùn)用所學(xué)的理論知識(shí)分析問(wèn)題,通過(guò)查閱資料解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題的能力。成果:1設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)一份(包括計(jì)算),要求書(shū)面整潔、文理通順、論證

3、合理、層次分明、計(jì)算無(wú)誤。2設(shè)計(jì)圖紙兩張:要求布置合理、圖面整潔、按繪圖規(guī)定制圖。二、設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)一設(shè)計(jì)資料及參數(shù)某鋼廠經(jīng)過(guò)平面布置及管網(wǎng)平差計(jì)算得到如下資料:1正常供水工況時(shí)所需流量為q1 9000 m/d ,泵站外管道水頭損失h1_14.6m_,服務(wù)水頭為h1= 28m ;2向高位水池轉(zhuǎn)輸供水工況時(shí),所需流量為q2 4900m/d ,這時(shí)泵站外管道水頭損失為h2_3.5m_,自由水頭為h2= 15m ;3正常工作時(shí)間為16小時(shí),轉(zhuǎn)輸工作時(shí)間為8小時(shí);4泵站所在地海拔標(biāo)高為1034m,清水池最低水面標(biāo)高為1030.6m,最高水面標(biāo)高為1033.6m,供水點(diǎn)地面標(biāo)高為1046.7m,高位水池最高

4、水面標(biāo)高為h3= 1071.4 ;5.距泵站最近的下水井比泵站外地平面低4.2m,相距10m;6該地為級(jí)非自重性濕陷性黃土,地下水位低于地面標(biāo)高10m,場(chǎng)內(nèi)已有兩路滿足要求的兩路獨(dú)立電源路通向泵站,冰凍深度為地表下0.5m;7該廠要求不間斷供水;三、設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算一、設(shè)計(jì)流量和設(shè)計(jì)揚(yáng)程的計(jì)算1.設(shè)計(jì)流量的計(jì)算, 取自用水系數(shù)=1.05正常供水工況時(shí),所需最大時(shí)流量為q=90001.0516=590.625m/h=164.0625向高位水池轉(zhuǎn)輸供水工況時(shí),所需最大時(shí)流量為q=49001.058=643.125m/h=178.646l/s二者取最大值即q=643.125m/h2.設(shè)計(jì)揚(yáng)程的計(jì)算由設(shè)計(jì)指導(dǎo)

5、書(shū)中設(shè)計(jì)揚(yáng)程的計(jì)算公式,得:h=1071.41030.6153.521.05=64.365m二、初選泵和電機(jī)1.選泵的主要依據(jù):流量、揚(yáng)程以及其變化規(guī)律 大小兼顧,調(diào)配靈活 型號(hào)整齊,互為備用 合理地用盡各水泵的高效段要近遠(yuǎn)期相結(jié)合?!靶”么蠡A(chǔ) ”大中型泵站需作選泵方案比較。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)流量和設(shè)計(jì)揚(yáng)程,從給排水設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)第11冊(cè)常用設(shè)備第二版中查表,選泵:方案一:選擇四臺(tái)is125-100-250型泵,三臺(tái)工作一臺(tái)備用,滿足最大用水工況的要求。方案二:選擇五臺(tái)is125-100-315b型泵,四臺(tái)工作一臺(tái)備用,滿足最大用水工況的要求。方案比較:方案一:is125-100-250型泵性能如下:流量2

6、40m/h,揚(yáng)程72m,轉(zhuǎn)速2900r/min,軸功率62.8kw,折損率取0.9。得最大供水流量q=24030.9=648m/h,揚(yáng)程為72方案二:is125-100-315b型泵性能如下:流量181.6m/h, 揚(yáng)程103m,轉(zhuǎn)速2900r/min,軸功率69.8kw,折損率取0.9。得最大供水流量q=181.640.9=653.76m/h,揚(yáng)程為103方案二較方案一,流量和揚(yáng)程都較大,方案一的流量和揚(yáng)程均已滿足管路要求,采用方案二會(huì)對(duì)能源造成浪費(fèi),且方案一備用一臺(tái)相同功率和型號(hào)的水泵,考慮到了遠(yuǎn)期的發(fā)展,故采用方案一。2.電機(jī)的選擇電動(dòng)機(jī)型號(hào)經(jīng)查表選定280s-2型。電動(dòng)機(jī)主要性能參數(shù)如

7、下:額定工作電壓380v,功率75w,氣蝕余量4.5m,重量165kg。三、泵機(jī)組的基礎(chǔ)和水泵間布置1.泵機(jī)組的基礎(chǔ)查表得,底座長(zhǎng)l1=1.83m,底座螺孔間距b=0.73m,底座地腳螺釘?shù)闹睆絛=0.028m,底座地腳螺釘?shù)拈L(zhǎng)度l=20d=0.56m。得基礎(chǔ)長(zhǎng)度l= l1+0.18=2m 基礎(chǔ)寬度b=0.73+0.17=0.9m 基礎(chǔ)高度h=0.56+0.14=0.7m 基礎(chǔ)深度的校核 h=3w/lb h:基礎(chǔ)的深度 w:機(jī)組的總重量,w=180+165=345kg l:基礎(chǔ)的長(zhǎng)度 b:基礎(chǔ)的寬度 :基礎(chǔ)所用材料的容重,對(duì)于混凝土基礎(chǔ),=1855kg/ m3 經(jīng)計(jì)算可知h=456mm。所以基

8、礎(chǔ)的深度滿足。2.水泵間布置 根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)指導(dǎo)書(shū),要求機(jī)組的布置在水泵臺(tái)數(shù)不多時(shí)(不超過(guò)6臺(tái)),最好采用單行排列。機(jī)組布置應(yīng)滿足下列要求:(市外給水設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范gb50013-2006) 臥式水泵和小葉輪立式水泵機(jī)組的布置應(yīng)遵守下列規(guī)定: a單排布置時(shí),相鄰兩個(gè)機(jī)組及機(jī)組與墻壁間凈距 電機(jī)容量55千瓦時(shí), 1.0米; 電機(jī)容量55千瓦時(shí), 1.2米。b還應(yīng)保證泵軸和電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子在檢修時(shí)能拆卸。 c泵房主要通道不小于l .2米。 d當(dāng)考慮就地檢修時(shí),至少在每個(gè)機(jī)組一側(cè)設(shè)置大于水泵機(jī)組寬度0.5米的通道。二級(jí)泵站一般為地面或半地下式,平面形狀一般采用矩形。房屋面積大小可根據(jù)機(jī)組及管道布置所必須的間距確定,但考

9、慮到二泵站運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)度較頻繁,所以泵站面積應(yīng)略為寬裕些,站內(nèi)除機(jī)組管道外尚須設(shè)置儀表臺(tái),配電盤(pán)和開(kāi)關(guān)箱以及其它輔助設(shè)備、機(jī)組設(shè)備、管道之間距離應(yīng)符合規(guī)范要求。站內(nèi)面積應(yīng)滿足小修要求,半地下式泵站可以專設(shè)一走道平臺(tái)。故機(jī)組的布置采用的橫向排列的方式,;四臺(tái)泵的轉(zhuǎn)向均為正常的轉(zhuǎn)向。每臺(tái)泵有單獨(dú)的吸水管和壓水管,壓水管引出泵房之后兩兩相連起來(lái)。泵吸水管上設(shè)有手動(dòng)閘板閥,壓水管路上設(shè)有蝶閥和止回閥。由規(guī)范得:水泵間間距為1.5m,水泵距墻2m。具體其他尺寸如附頁(yè)泵房平面草圖。四、吸水管和壓水管管徑的計(jì)算1、吸水管管徑的計(jì)算根據(jù)課程設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)指導(dǎo)書(shū),吸水管管徑應(yīng)根據(jù)泵的最大抽水量及設(shè)計(jì)流速?zèng)Q定。最大抽水量是指

10、該泵在單獨(dú)工作或并聯(lián)中可能出現(xiàn)的最大出水量,設(shè)計(jì)流速根據(jù)室外給水設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范gb50013-2006可按下述數(shù)據(jù)決定: d250mm v采用1.01.2m/s; d=2501000mm v采用1.21.6m/s; d1000mm v采用1.52.0m/s。q=d/4v,在本設(shè)計(jì)中,q=240m/h=0.0667m/s,依據(jù)室外給水設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范gb50013-2006:當(dāng)v取1.01.2m/s時(shí),d的范圍是265291。不符合要求。當(dāng)v取1.21.6m/s時(shí),d的范圍是230265。符合要求。當(dāng)v取1.52.0m/s時(shí),d的范圍是206237。不符合要求。所以,取水管dn取300mm。鋼管由于該泵站系自

11、灌式泵站,故吸水管路需設(shè)閘閥。2、壓水管管徑的計(jì)算當(dāng)水泵為自灌式時(shí),設(shè)計(jì)流速可增至1.62.0m/s。壓水管管徑按通過(guò)的最大流量及設(shè)計(jì)流速?zèng)Q定,設(shè)計(jì)流速可按下述數(shù)據(jù)決定: dq 所以選前者另外,一般吸水管從專設(shè)的吸水池或直接從清水池吸水(必須注意應(yīng)該從能分成完全隔開(kāi)的兩個(gè)獨(dú)立的吸水池或清水池中吸水),每臺(tái)泵有一條獨(dú)立的吸水管,為避免水頭損失,吸水管從泵房直接伸入吸水井,考慮吸水管邊緣距吸水井邊緣的距離,則設(shè)吸水井長(zhǎng)度為13m,尺寸如泵站平面草圖,寬度和高度不變。將吸水井從中間分成二格,用虹吸管連通,以便分隔清洗使用六、水泵房安裝高度為了便于施工,將泵房機(jī)器間底板的標(biāo)高和吸水間的底板的標(biāo)高相同,

12、因此泵為自灌式工作,所以泵的安裝高度小于其允許吸上真空高度,無(wú)須計(jì)算。泵站所在地海拔標(biāo)高為1034m,清水池最低水面標(biāo)高為1030.6m,最高水面標(biāo)高為1033.6m。故該泵站為半地下式泵站,泵站地面標(biāo)高為1032 m。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)指導(dǎo)書(shū),泵站高度應(yīng)滿足設(shè)備起吊要求,在無(wú)起重設(shè)備時(shí),泵房高度應(yīng)不小于3米。由于本泵站不設(shè)起重設(shè)備,考慮到通風(fēng)及采光的要求,所以泵房高度取6m。七、輔助設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì) 1)起重設(shè)備 由于本泵站不設(shè)起重設(shè)備,該部分無(wú)需考慮 2)引水設(shè)備 泵系自灌式工作,無(wú)須引水設(shè)備。3)排水設(shè)備 由于泵房較深,所以采取電動(dòng)泵排水。沿泵房?jī)?nèi)壁設(shè)的排水溝至集水坑內(nèi),然后又泵抽回到吸水間去。 取水泵房

13、的排水量按2040m3/d計(jì)算,排水泵的靜揚(yáng)程為11.5m計(jì)算,水頭損失按3m計(jì),故總揚(yáng)程h=11.5+3=14.5m,可選用is65-50-160型離心泵。數(shù)量為兩臺(tái),一臺(tái)使用,另一臺(tái)備用。配套電機(jī)為y100l-2。4)通風(fēng)設(shè)備 由于與泵配套的電機(jī)為水冷式,無(wú)需專門(mén)的通風(fēng)設(shè)備進(jìn)行冷卻,但由于泵房筒體較深,仍選用風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)行通風(fēng)換氣。選用一臺(tái)型號(hào)為t35-11型軸流風(fēng)機(jī)即可。5)計(jì)量設(shè)備 在兩根主壓水管上各設(shè)一個(gè)水表。6)壓水管路配件設(shè)置在水管路上的常開(kāi)閥門(mén),采用 pq371h-40型蝶閥,其規(guī)格為:250s39: dn300,l=325,w=100kg , =0.15 蝶閥 采用dx7k41x-

14、10型液控緩閉蝶閥,其規(guī)格為: 250s39: dn250,l=165,w=516 kg , =0.15 同心漸擴(kuò)管 壓水管路上的漸擴(kuò)管規(guī)格如下:250s39:dn250 300, l=250, =0.05斜三通管dn300,l=700, =0.5直三通管dn300,l=620, =1.590彎頭250s39: dn250, =0.8 四、設(shè)計(jì)小結(jié)通過(guò)這次水泵及水泵站的課程設(shè)計(jì),從查閱資料到請(qǐng)教老師,我從中學(xué)到了很多,也發(fā)現(xiàn)了自己的不足之處:由于沒(méi)有充分準(zhǔn)備資料,設(shè)計(jì)中的一些數(shù)據(jù)(如管道的摩阻系數(shù)、彎管的局部水頭損失系數(shù)等)沒(méi)有正確按照規(guī)范設(shè)計(jì)查找,而是通過(guò)已知的數(shù)據(jù),根據(jù)內(nèi)差法求出的,可能存
