45、變壓器。主變壓器是主接線的中心環(huán)節(jié),其臺(tái)數(shù)、容量和型號(hào)的初步選擇是構(gòu)成各種主接線的基礎(chǔ),并對(duì)發(fā)電廠和變電所的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)性有很大影響。1.1.1 變壓器容量和臺(tái)數(shù)的選擇(1)主變?nèi)萘窟x擇應(yīng)考慮:(參考電力工程電氣設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)一中的第五章)主變?nèi)萘窟x擇一般應(yīng)按變電所建成后5-10年的規(guī)劃負(fù)荷選擇,并適當(dāng)考慮到遠(yuǎn)期幾年發(fā)展,對(duì)城郊變電所,主變?nèi)萘繎?yīng)與城市規(guī)劃相結(jié)合。根據(jù)變電所帶負(fù)荷性質(zhì)和電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)來(lái)確定主變?nèi)萘?,?duì)有重要負(fù)荷的變電站應(yīng)考慮一臺(tái)主變壓器停運(yùn)時(shí),其余主變壓器容量在計(jì)及過(guò)負(fù)荷能力后的允許時(shí)間內(nèi),應(yīng)保證用戶(hù)的一、二級(jí)負(fù)荷;對(duì)一般性變電站,當(dāng)一臺(tái)主變停運(yùn)時(shí),其余主變壓器應(yīng)能保證全部負(fù)荷的60。同級(jí)電壓

46、的單臺(tái)降壓變壓器容量的級(jí)別不宜太多,應(yīng)從全網(wǎng)出發(fā),推行系列化,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化(主要考慮備用品,備件及維修方便)。(2)主變臺(tái)數(shù)的考慮原則:對(duì)大城市郊區(qū)的一次變,在中、低壓側(cè)構(gòu)成環(huán)網(wǎng)情況下,裝兩臺(tái)主變?yōu)橐?。?duì)地區(qū)性孤立的一次變或大型的工業(yè)專(zhuān)用變電所,設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)考慮裝三臺(tái)的可能性。對(duì)規(guī)劃只裝兩臺(tái)主變的變電所,其主變基礎(chǔ)宜大于變壓器容量的1-2級(jí)設(shè)計(jì),以便負(fù)荷發(fā)展時(shí)更換主變。(3)主變?nèi)萘亢团_(tái)數(shù)選擇計(jì)算臺(tái)數(shù)選擇由以上分析可知應(yīng)選兩臺(tái)主變。主變壓器容量的確定: S= =1400.7 =98MVA由此可知變壓器的容量最少為98MVA。1.2變壓器型式的選擇原則1.2.1相數(shù)的確定 選用兩臺(tái)小容量的三相變壓器取代一

47、臺(tái)大容量的三相變壓器,或則用單相變壓電力變壓器的相數(shù)分為單相變壓器和三相變壓器兩類(lèi),三相變壓器與同容量的單相變壓器組相比較,價(jià)格低、占地面積小,而且遠(yuǎn)行損耗減少12%-15%。因此,在330KV及以下電力系統(tǒng)中,一般都選用三相變壓器。但是,隨著電壓的升高,容量的增大,電壓器的外形尺寸及質(zhì)量會(huì)增大,可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)由制造廠到變電站運(yùn)輸困難的問(wèn)題:如隧道的高度、橋梁的承載能力不足等。若受到限制時(shí),則宜器組。由分析可知本設(shè)計(jì)采用三相的。1.2.2繞組數(shù)的確定變壓器按其繞組數(shù)分為雙繞組普通式、三繞組式、自耦式以及低壓繞組分裂型式。當(dāng)發(fā)電廠只升高一及電壓時(shí)或35KV以下電壓的變電站,可選用雙繞組普通式變壓器。

48、當(dāng)發(fā)電廠有兩及升高電壓時(shí),常使用三繞組變壓器作為聯(lián)絡(luò)變壓器,其作用是實(shí)現(xiàn)高、中壓的聯(lián)絡(luò)。其低壓繞組接成三角形以抵消三次諧波分量。110KV及以上電壓等級(jí)的變電站中,也經(jīng)常使用三繞組變壓器作聯(lián)絡(luò)變壓器。當(dāng)中壓為中性點(diǎn)的不直接接地電網(wǎng)時(shí),只能選用普通三繞組變壓器。由分析可知本設(shè)計(jì)采用雙雙繞組的。1.2.3調(diào)壓方式的確定為了保證供電質(zhì)量,電壓必須維持在允許范圍內(nèi)。通過(guò)切換變壓器的分接開(kāi)關(guān),改變變壓器高壓繞組的匝數(shù)可,從而改變其變比,實(shí)現(xiàn)電壓調(diào)整。切換方式有兩種:一種是不帶電壓切換,稱(chēng)為無(wú)激磁調(diào)壓,調(diào)整范圍通常在以?xún)?nèi);另一種是帶負(fù)荷切換,稱(chēng)為有載調(diào)壓,調(diào)整范圍可達(dá)30%,其結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,價(jià)格較貴。變電所在

49、以下情況時(shí),宜選用有載調(diào)壓變壓器:(1)地方變電所、工廠、企業(yè)的自用變電所經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)日負(fù)荷變化幅度很大的情況時(shí),若要求滿(mǎn)足電能質(zhì)量,往往需要裝設(shè)有載調(diào)壓變壓器。(2)330KV及以上變電站,為了維持中、低壓電壓水平需要裝設(shè)有載調(diào)壓變壓器。(3)110KV及以下的無(wú)人值班變電所,為了滿(mǎn)足遙調(diào)的需要應(yīng)裝有有載調(diào)壓變壓器。由以上分析可知本次設(shè)計(jì)采用有載調(diào)壓變壓器。1.2.4繞組接線組別的確定我國(guó)110KV及以上電壓的變壓器三相高壓繞組都采用“YN”接線;35KV都采用“Y”接線,其中性點(diǎn)多通過(guò)消弧線圈接地;35KV以下高壓電壓的變壓器三繞組都采用“D”接線。因此,普通雙繞組一般選用YN,d11接線;三

50、繞組變壓器一般接成YN,y0,d11或YN,yn0,d11等接線組。近年來(lái),也有采用全星形接線的變壓器,即變壓器高、中、低三側(cè)均接成星形。這種接線零序阻抗大,有利于限制短路電流,也便于在中性點(diǎn)處連接消弧線圈。缺點(diǎn)是電壓波形發(fā)生畸變,并對(duì)通信設(shè)備產(chǎn)生干擾,同時(shí)對(duì)繼電保護(hù)整定的準(zhǔn)確度和靈敏度均有影響。由以上分析可知本次設(shè)計(jì)變壓器繞組的接線方式采用YN,d11。1.2.5冷卻方式的確定變壓器的冷卻方式主要有自然風(fēng)冷卻、強(qiáng)迫空氣冷卻、強(qiáng)迫油循環(huán)水冷卻、強(qiáng)迫油循環(huán)風(fēng)冷卻、強(qiáng)迫油循環(huán)導(dǎo)向冷卻、充氣式變壓器等。本次設(shè)計(jì)采用充氣式變壓器。通過(guò)以上的綜合分析預(yù)定變壓器的型號(hào)為:SSPL2/2201.2.6變壓器

51、的技術(shù)參數(shù)根據(jù)以上條件選擇,預(yù)定采用西安變壓器廠型號(hào)為 SSPL2-/220 的 雙繞組變壓器,高壓側(cè)220KV,低壓側(cè)110KV,阻抗電壓為14%,其具體參數(shù)如表11所示:表1-1變壓器參數(shù)型號(hào)SSPL7-/220聯(lián)接組標(biāo)號(hào)YN, d11額定電壓(KV)高壓低壓22081.25%121額定容量MVA120120阻抗電壓%14第2章 電氣主接線2.1電氣主接線概述電氣主接線是由多種電氣設(shè)備通過(guò)連接線,按其功能要求組成的接受和分配電能的電路,也稱(chēng)電氣一次接線或電氣主系統(tǒng)。用規(guī)定的設(shè)備文字符號(hào)和圖形符號(hào)將各電氣設(shè)備按接線順序排列,詳細(xì)表示電氣設(shè)備的組合和連接關(guān)系的接線圖,稱(chēng)為主接線。電氣主接線不僅

52、能表明電能輸送和分配的關(guān)系,也可據(jù)此制成主接線模擬圖屏,以表示電氣部分的運(yùn)行方式,可供運(yùn)行操作人員進(jìn)行模擬操作。2.2電氣主接線的基本要求電氣主接線的設(shè)計(jì)正確與否對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)的安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行,對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定和調(diào)度的靈活性,以及對(duì)電氣設(shè)備的選擇、配電裝置的布置、繼電保護(hù)及控制方式的擬定等都有重大的影響。在選擇電氣主接線時(shí),應(yīng)注意發(fā)電廠或變電所在電力系統(tǒng)中的地位、進(jìn)出線回路數(shù)、電壓等級(jí)、設(shè)備特點(diǎn)及負(fù)荷性質(zhì)等條件,并應(yīng)滿(mǎn)足下列基本要求。2.2.1保證必要的供電可靠性和電能的質(zhì)量保證必要的供電可靠性和電能的質(zhì)量,是電氣主接線應(yīng)滿(mǎn)足的基本要求。這里所說(shuō)主接線的可靠性,主要是指當(dāng)主電路發(fā)生故障或電氣設(shè)備檢

53、修時(shí),主接線在結(jié)構(gòu)上能夠?qū)⒐收匣驒z修所帶來(lái)的不利影響限制在一定范圍內(nèi),以提高供電的質(zhì)量和電能的質(zhì)量。目前,對(duì)主接線的可靠性的評(píng)估不僅可以定性分析,而且可以進(jìn)行定量的可靠性計(jì)算。一般從一線幾方面對(duì)主接線的可靠性進(jìn)行定性分析。(8) 斷路器檢修時(shí)是否影響供電。(9) 設(shè)備或線路故障或檢修時(shí),停電線路數(shù)量的多少和停電時(shí)間的長(zhǎng)短,以及能否保證重要用戶(hù)的供電。(10) 有沒(méi)有使發(fā)電廠或變電所全部停止工作的可能性。2.2.2具有一定的運(yùn)行靈活性電氣主接線不僅在正常運(yùn)行情況下能根據(jù)調(diào)度的要求,靈活地改變運(yùn)行方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)安全、可靠、經(jīng)濟(jì)地供電;而且在系統(tǒng)故障或電氣設(shè)備檢修及故障時(shí),能盡快地退出檢修設(shè)備、切除故障

54、,使停電時(shí)間最短,影響范圍最小,并且在檢修設(shè)備時(shí)能保證檢修人員的安全。2.2.3應(yīng)具有擴(kuò)建的可能性隨著我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,對(duì)電力的需求也在快速地增加。因此,在選擇主接線時(shí),還要考慮到擴(kuò)建的可能性。2.2.4技術(shù)上先進(jìn),經(jīng)濟(jì)上合理在確定主接線時(shí),應(yīng)采用先進(jìn)的技術(shù)和新型的設(shè)備。同時(shí),在保證安全可靠、運(yùn)行靈活、操作方便的基礎(chǔ)上,還應(yīng)使投資和年運(yùn)行費(fèi)用最小、占地面積最少、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益最佳。2.2.5電氣主接線的基本要求母線是接受和分配電能的裝置,是電氣主接線和配電裝置的重要環(huán)節(jié)。電氣主接線一般按有無(wú)母線分類(lèi),即分為有母線和無(wú)母線兩大類(lèi)。有母線的主接線形式包括單母線和雙母線。單母線又分為單母線無(wú)分段、單母線有分段、單母線分段帶旁路母線等形式;雙母線又分為普通雙母線、雙母線分段、3/2斷路器(
