3、明施工 Housekeeping廠7理侵百服公司章NANJIHi L 4 :$TfhTIC*3N E:! 1 Illi5一、工程概況 Project profile本工程為揚巴二期精制環(huán)氧乙烷生產(chǎn)裝置改造工程,位于揚巴Q4路南側(cè),EO裝置西側(cè)。其中包括五層鋼筋砼框架(一層為7.5m*15m、二到四層為7.5m*12m、五層為7.5m*6m,頂標(biāo)高為26.200m )、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)安裝及設(shè)備基礎(chǔ), 建筑面積約450平方米,框架主體及設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)砼標(biāo)號為 C35。This is BYC IPS IIPEO product plant, located on south of Q4 road and west

4、 of EO plant. It invoIves five floors rebar concrete frames (first floor 7.5m*15m, second to fourth floor 7.5m*12m, the fifth 7.5m*6m,and top elevation 26.200m), steel2 structure in stallati on and equipme nt foun datio n, build ing area is about 450m,frame and equipme nt foun dati on con crete mark

5、 is C35.由于本工程位于EO裝置旁,因此在施工時要根據(jù)現(xiàn)場具體情況進(jìn)行合理的 組織、協(xié)調(diào)工作,確保工程優(yōu)質(zhì)、按期完成。As this project locates adjace nt toEO pla nt, the con struct ion should be fully arran ged and coordi nated to meet project requireme nts, and achieve a full accomplishme nt.現(xiàn)場材料垂直運輸采用汽車式起重機。Truck crane will be used for sitematerial vert

16、all parts shall bewell con trolled to en sure it satisfy the requireme nt of unit con trol point andCon tractor :NCCproject progress.五、鋼筋工程 Reinforcement work 1、鋼筋的采購與供應(yīng) Purchase and supply of reinforcement鋼筋的采購要及時,緊隨進(jìn)度計劃,必須保證鋼筋原材質(zhì)量,選用南鋼、沙鋼、鞍鋼等大型廠家生產(chǎn)的鋼筋,嚴(yán)格按國家質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和相關(guān)程序驗收鋼筋。Purchas ing order of rein f

18、 procedures.2、鋼筋的加工 Reinforcement processing(1) 鋼筋加工流程:翻樣一;畫牌加工一;調(diào)直下料一;加工一;成型一;堆放一;質(zhì)量 檢查 移交綁扌L Reinforcementprocessing flow: over like barstraighte ning process stamp stockpili ng qualityinspection hand over for assembling(2) 鋼筋調(diào)直 Bar straightening一級鋼筋采用冷拉方法進(jìn)行鋼筋調(diào)直,冷拉率為 4%鋼筋冷拉前長度不超 過50米,鋼筋冷拉采用一端地錨承力,

27、%寸Z =1.2,接頭 面積百分率為 50%寸z =1.4,接頭面積百分率為100%寸z =1.6。 Overlaplength |歸= &, when the size percentage of overlapped rebar jointsw25%,=50%,=100%Z = 1.20, 1.4, 1.6 respectively.4、鋼筋的綁扌L及安裝 Assembling of reinforcement(1) 核對成型鋼筋的鋼號、直徑、形狀、尺寸和數(shù)量是否和下料單標(biāo)牌相符,女口有錯漏,應(yīng)立即纟片正。Check the steel grade, diameter, shape, si

28、ze andqua ntity with bla nking si ngle label.(2) 鋼筋用20號鐵絲綁扎,鐵絲長度約30公分左右。Bind with No. 20 steel wire with len gth of 300mm.(3) 套柱箍筋:按圖紙要求間距計算好每根柱子箍筋數(shù)量,先將箍筋套在下層伸出的鋼筋上,然后綁扎定位鋼筋,立柱子鋼筋。Stirrup for column sleeve: calculate the qua ntity of stirrups based on the required space of thedraw ing; put stirrup t

29、hrough the below exte nsion rein forceme nt; the n assemble and positi on to sta nd the rein forceme nt.(4) 柱豎向鋼筋采用電渣壓力焊,焊接應(yīng)符合設(shè)計及有關(guān)規(guī)范要求,由于南通 建工已將柱豎向鋼筋接頭采用機械連接,所以要將接頭割除、磨平后再采用電渣 壓力焊。在立好的柱子豎向鋼筋上按圖紙要求劃箍筋間距線。箍筋的接頭應(yīng)交錯布置在柱四角縱向鋼筋上,柱角鋼筋與箍筋間用扎絲綁牢。Vertical colu mn rebar shall adopt slag weld ing as per releva

Mark space lines of stirrups on ready ve

Joints of stirrups shall be in terlaced around fours an gles of vertical rein forceme nt; bi nd an gle rein forceme nt with stirrups together with tie wire.(5) 梁板鋼筋上層彎鉤朝下,下層彎鉤朝上。板、主梁、次梁交叉處,板筋在上,主梁筋在下。箍筋接頭布置在兩根縱向架立鋼筋上??v向受力鋼筋為多層時, 層間墊以短鋼筋來保護(hù)其間距。For beamand slab reinforcement,up

33、n betwee n layers for keep ing space.(6) 梁的下部鋼筋不準(zhǔn)在跨中1/3處連接,上部鋼筋不準(zhǔn)在支座處1/3范圍內(nèi) 連接。箍筋接頭位置交錯布置在兩根架立鋼筋上。Steel in the bottom of the beam shall be not conn ected at 1/3 of spa n; that of top beam shall notbe conn ected at 1/3 of support. Stirrup joints shall be in terlacedon twoerecti on bars.(7) 板鋼筋從距墻或梁邊5

34、公分開始綁扎,梁的箍筋從距墻或距梁邊 5公分開 始綁扌L。Webreinforcement binding shall start at 50mmfrom wall or beam; binding of beam stirrup shall start at 50mm from wall or beam.(8) 板、次梁、主梁在交叉處,板鋼筋在上,次梁鋼筋在中,主梁鋼筋在下。At the junction point of bracket, girder and beam, rein forceme nt ofCon tractor :NCCRev.bracket shall be top,

36、f structure desig n.5、技術(shù)、質(zhì)量保證措施 Technical and quality assuranee measures(1)鋼筋進(jìn)場應(yīng)具有原材質(zhì)量證明文件,其質(zhì)量必須符合有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定,鋼筋的表面應(yīng)潔凈,無損傷、油漬、漆污和鐵銹等在使用 前應(yīng)清除干凈。Reinforcement delivered to site shall have raw materials quality certificatedocuments; steel surfaces should be clean and free from damage,grease, paint and rust

37、 etc.(2)鋼筋彎曲點不得有裂紋,一級鋼筋只以進(jìn)行一次調(diào)直和彎曲,其它級別的鋼筋不宜二次調(diào)直和彎曲,鋼筋加工的允許偏差必須符合施工程質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范 的規(guī)定,加工好的鋼筋要按配料單逐個驗收,并分品種、規(guī)格、等級堆放。thebending point shall not have crack; gradeI reinforcement shall only beperformed once straighte ning and bending; other grades shall not be con ducted sec on dary straighte ning and bending;

Inspect the finishedbars as per picking list one by one; stack by varieties, specifications and grade.(3) 鋼筋規(guī)格、形狀、尺寸、數(shù)量、間距、錨固長度、接頭位置必須符合設(shè)計及施工規(guī)范規(guī)定,電渣壓力焊的接頭性能必須符合有關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)程的規(guī)定。Size,s

39、hape, size, number, spacing, anchor length, joint position of rebar shall meet the provisions of design and construction specification; functionof joints welded by slag shall comply with the provisi ons of the releva nt tech ni cal regulatio ns.(4)工程部根據(jù)進(jìn)度計劃提出的鋼筋進(jìn)場計劃,盡可能地做到進(jìn)場鋼筋及時綁扎安裝,減少現(xiàn)場鋼筋存放量,少占用場地。

40、鋼筋的堆放必須按規(guī)格、級別分類 堆放并標(biāo)識,禁止混淆,加強鋼筋的標(biāo)識管理。Develop rebar mobilization plan as per progress schedule to ensure duly binding to less site space occupied. The stacking shall be sorted and marked as per specificationsand grade;stre ngthe n marki ng man ageme nt.(5)鋼筋的翻樣要按設(shè)計圖紙,同時應(yīng)滿足設(shè)計上接頭形式及位置的要求,搭接長度、彎鉤等符合設(shè)計及施

41、工規(guī)范的要求,若要鋼筋代換時應(yīng)征得設(shè)計單位同 意。用的鋼筋必須具有出廠質(zhì)量證明文件,對進(jìn)場鋼筋進(jìn)行抽樣檢查復(fù)試,未經(jīng)檢驗或經(jīng)檢驗不合格者不準(zhǔn)使用。The over like of rei nforceme nt shall be accord ing to desig n draw in gs, in the meantime, form and positi on of joint, lap length as well as hook shall all meet design and constructionspecifications;replacement of reinforcem

44、proceed the next procedure after confined space in spect ion.(7)在澆灌筑平臺混凝土前先用馬凳搭做好支撐,保護(hù)已扎好的鋼筋,確保鋼 筋位置準(zhǔn)確,必須有鋼筋值班人員隨時檢查并修正損壞變形的鋼筋。Prior tocon crete pouri ng, prepare support barricade for protecti on to en sureaccuracy of rebar position;there must be designated rebar person on dutyat any time to check

45、and modify deformati on.六、模板工程Formwork1、模板支設(shè) Formwork erecti on(1) 構(gòu)造合理,強度、剛度滿足要求,牢固穩(wěn)定,接縫嚴(yán)密,不漏漿。Proper structure; strength, stiffness shall meet the requirements, solid, stable, tight seams, no leakage of con crete.(2)依據(jù)工程結(jié)構(gòu)形式、各項荷載、施工方法等進(jìn)行設(shè)計,保證在施工過程中不變形、不破壞、不倒塌。Based on project structure, the engin

47、-upcon struct ionand reduci ng the on e-timeinv estme nt,in creas ing the turno vers to reduce work; impleme nt housekeep ing.(4) 柱模板 Column formwork安裝時先在基礎(chǔ)面或樓面上彈出柱的縱橫軸線和四周邊線,柱模施工時,應(yīng)檢查各邊的垂直度和整體位置是否正確,并及時支撐拉牢。柱模要加箍,每隔 50cm左右加一道柱箍,柱梁交接處,要用木模配合支設(shè),注意所有接頭處模板要認(rèn)真制作,拼縫嚴(yán)密。When erect, first mark edges and ver

49、ich shall be carefully fabricated with joint gap sealed.(5) 梁板模板 Beam formwork框架梁模板宜采用側(cè)包底的支模法,便于拆除側(cè)模以利周轉(zhuǎn),保留底模及支撐還有利于砼強度的增長,并保證梁表面的平整度和垂直度。當(dāng)梁高于700mm時,用對拉螺栓在梁中部加以固定。支設(shè)較高梁模板時,可先安裝梁的一側(cè)模板, 梁鋼筋綁扎好后再安另一側(cè)模板。梁跨度在4m以上時應(yīng)起拱,起拱高度為全跨的1/1000-3/1000。有梁板模板安裝順序應(yīng)先支設(shè)梁底及兩側(cè)模板,再支設(shè)板底 模,注意控制模板標(biāo)高。Erection of frame beamformwo
