4、 loading unloading and long distance ocean/air and inland transportation. detailed packing list in 2 copies shall be enclosed in each package of the contract goods.賣方應(yīng)對(duì)合同貨物用新的堅(jiān)固的木質(zhì)包裝箱或標(biāo)準(zhǔn)集裝箱包裝，並對(duì)合同貨物採(cǎi)取防潮、防雨、防銹、防腐蝕、防震動(dòng)以及防止其他損壞的必要保護(hù)措施，從而保護(hù)合同貨物能夠經(jīng)受多次搬運(yùn)、裝卸及遠(yuǎn)洋、航空和內(nèi)陸的長(zhǎng)途運(yùn)輸。合同貨物的每個(gè)包裝箱中應(yīng)帶上2份詳細(xì)的裝箱單。in case the

6、unloading, etc.如果賣方選用木質(zhì)包裝，包裝箱應(yīng)為沒(méi)有昆蟲(chóng)感染的，並且具有“ippc”標(biāo)誌。如果在檢疫檢查時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)昆蟲(chóng)感染或包裝箱上沒(méi)有“ippc”標(biāo)誌，賣方應(yīng)承擔(dān)由此引起的全部費(fèi)用，如卸貨港口的薰蒸或更換包裝的費(fèi)用等。the seller shall be liable for any damage of the contract goods due to improper packing and inadequate protective measures.賣方應(yīng)對(duì)包裝不當(dāng)和防護(hù)措施不足造成的合同貨物損害負(fù)責(zé)。6.shipping mark/嘜頭：the seller shall

7、 conspicuously mark in english printed words on each package with a fadeless paint the consignee, package number, gross weight, net weight, measurement and warning such as “right side up”, “handling with care”, “keep dry” as well as the shipping mark:賣方應(yīng)在每一包裝箱上用不可擦除的油漆用英語(yǔ)印刷體字樣明顯地標(biāo)出收貨人、件號(hào)、毛重、淨(jìng)重、尺寸、警示

8、語(yǔ)如“此端向上”、“小心輕放”、“保持乾燥”及嘜頭：should the contract goods weigh 2 (two) or over 2 (two) metric tons, the weight, gravity center and lifting position thereof shall be marked as well as the above shipping mark.如果合同貨物的重量在2噸或2噸以上，應(yīng)在包裝箱標(biāo)注“重量”、“重心”和“起吊點(diǎn)”和以上的運(yùn)輸標(biāo)記。7.delivery/裝運(yùn)：within 48 (forty eight) hours after

11、物名稱、發(fā)票金額、毛重、總體積，總包數(shù)通知買方。如果每個(gè)包裝箱的超大超重或有易燃品或危險(xiǎn)品，應(yīng)標(biāo)明其毛重，尺寸（長(zhǎng)*寬*高）、品名和價(jià)格。如果由於賣方未能及時(shí)（通過(guò)電報(bào)或傳真）通知買方的原因，買方未能及時(shí)對(duì)運(yùn)輸進(jìn)行投保而造成的損失應(yīng)由賣方承擔(dān)。the date of bill of lading shall be taken as the actual date of delivery of the contract goods.提單日期作為合同貨物的實(shí)際交貨日。8.payment/支付：all the payments under this contract shall be made by

13、ommission in accordance with its rules of arbitration promulgated by the said arbitration commission. the arbitration shall take place in beijing and the decision of the arbitration commission shall be final and binding upon both parties; neither party shall seek recourse to a law court nor other au

14、thorities to appeal for revision of the decision. arbitration fee shall be borne by the losing party. in the course of arbitration, both parties shall continue to execute the present contract except those under arbitration.因執(zhí)行本合同所發(fā)生的或與本合同有關(guān)的一切爭(zhēng)議,買賣雙方應(yīng)通過(guò)友好協(xié)商解決,如經(jīng)協(xié)商仍不能達(dá)成協(xié)議,則應(yīng)提交中國(guó)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)按其程式進(jìn)行仲裁。仲裁

15、地點(diǎn)為中國(guó)北京，該仲裁委員會(huì)的裁決為終局的，對(duì)雙方均有約束力，任何方不得訴諸法庭或其它部門申請(qǐng)對(duì)其作出更改。除仲裁委員會(huì)另有規(guī)定外，仲裁費(fèi)用由敗訴方承擔(dān)。在仲裁期間，除正在進(jìn)行仲裁的部分外，雙方應(yīng)繼續(xù)執(zhí)行本合同的其他部分。10. other conditions/其它：the contract shall become effective upon signing of the present contract in china. it shall be valid from the effective date until both parties have fulfilled all th
