3、e principles of quality and integrity, efforts should be made to strengthen the target-orientation and effectiveness of overseas training to enhance levels of training quality and effect, and realize a win-win cooperation.2.合作雙方嚴(yán)格遵守中國(guó)和相關(guān)國(guó)家的法律、法規(guī)，接受甲方制訂的境外培訓(xùn)合作機(jī)構(gòu)管理辦法約束，履行相關(guān)權(quán)利與義務(wù)。both parties should st

4、rictly abide by the laws and regulations of china and related countries, and compile with the regulations on management of overseas training cooperative organizations formulated by party a to fulfill the related rights and obligations stated therein.3.本協(xié)議為框架合作協(xié)議，在組織實(shí)施培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目時(shí)，境外培訓(xùn)合作機(jī)構(gòu)須與項(xiàng)目實(shí)施單位協(xié)商并簽訂培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目合

5、作協(xié)議，確定境外培訓(xùn)時(shí)間、培訓(xùn)課程、培訓(xùn)費(fèi)用等具體事宜。在項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行時(shí)須按照經(jīng)國(guó)家外國(guó)專家局出國(guó)培訓(xùn)管理司批準(zhǔn)的行程安排進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)，配合做好培訓(xùn)日志填報(bào)等境外監(jiān)管工作，保證培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量。this agreement is a cooperation framework agreement. before the implementation of training programs, party b should consult with the organizer for training program and sign a training program cooperation agreeme

6、nt to confirm the training time, courses, fees and other issues. during the implementation of training programs, party b should conduct the training in line with the itinerary approved by party a, the coordinating of the overseas supervision work including filling training log and ensure the quality

7、 of the training.4.乙方對(duì)培訓(xùn)合作情況、參訓(xùn)人員的個(gè)人和財(cái)務(wù)信息等應(yīng)采取合理的保障措施，防止敏感信息泄露、濫用或未授權(quán)的使用或披露。party b should take reasonable measures to safeguard the training cooperation, personal and financial information of trainees and the others. any leakage, abuse or unauthorized use of sensitive information is prohibited.5.本協(xié)議
