4、算課時(shí)費(fèi)。如乙方在工作期間遲到早退曠課等， 遲到早退一小時(shí)罰款 50元，遲到兩小時(shí)罰款一百，依此類推。若未 經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)請(qǐng)假罰款100 一次。1. Mean while,Party B shall provideiden tificati on, in clude passport, stude nt card and the copy of curre nt visa.2. 乙方必須按照指定學(xué)期的課時(shí)計(jì)劃保質(zhì)保量

8、完成甲方委派的工作，同時(shí)， 乙方應(yīng)遵守被派遣單位的相關(guān)工作制2. Party B shall complete the tasks on time and ensure it is qualified .Party B shall abide to the work ing system of dispatched school.3. 乙方同意并授予甲方處于市場(chǎng)和宣傳活動(dòng)使用乙方真實(shí)的個(gè)人信息和肖 像。3. Party A is permitted and authorized by Party B to use his/her true personal information for ma

9、rketing and advertising activities, including the using of Party B s personal photographs.VI. 合同的終止Term in ati on of Con tract1. 在以下情形下，甲方將書面通知解除與乙方的合同：1.Party A will termi nate the con tract withwritte n no tice un der thosecircumsta nces:(1)如果乙方違反了中華人民共和國(guó)相關(guān)法律法規(guī)造成乙方無法繼續(xù) 履行本合同的，甲方有權(quán)單方解除與乙方的兼職聘用合同。(1

10、) con tract will be termi nated immediately if Party B violates the laws and regulations of China, Party A s work system of employer, and the regulatio n of Chin ese gover nment about Foreig n Teachers or other con tract terms. In this situati on, no compe nsati on;(2) 如果乙方不能勝任本合同中關(guān)于工作的要求，且在合理期限內(nèi)仍不能

11、改善的，甲方可單方解除與乙方之間的聘用合同。(2) If Party B fails to meet the requireme nts of the con tract the con tract will be termi nated immediately, Ano ther circumsta nce is Party B will be give n 15 days to improve his/her job performa nce. If, the foreig n teacher has not improved his/her job performance after 1

12、5 days later and make Party A satisfact ion, the con tract will the n be termi nated and Party B will n ot receive any additi onal pay;2. 如果乙方提出解除與甲方的合同，乙方必須于合同解除日前30天向甲方書面提出解除合同。在這種情況下，乙方將能夠得到工作時(shí)間范疇內(nèi)的 課時(shí)報(bào)酬。否則，乙方將不能獲得未發(fā)放的課時(shí)報(bào)酬。2.If Party B chooses to termi nate the con tract, he/she must provide thir

13、ty days written notice to Party A. If this is to be done , Party B will receive full salary for the period worked.
