大學英語四級考試大綱大學英語四級考試大綱(Syllabus for College English Test Band Four(CET-4) )由全國大學四、六級考試組委會制定。目錄1總則2考試內(nèi)容 第一部分：寫作 第二部分：聽力理解 第三部分：閱讀理解 第四部分：翻譯3試卷結構1總則國家教委在印發(fā)理工科本科和文理科本科用的兩種大學英語教學大綱的通知中指出，大綱執(zhí)行兩年后，開始對結束四、六級學習的學生進行統(tǒng)一的標準化測試。大學英語四級考試(CET-4)就是根據(jù)這一規(guī)定而設計的?？荚嚨哪康脑谟谌婵己艘研尥甏髮W英語四級的學生是否達到教學大綱所確定的各項目標。這種考試屬于尺度相關常模參照性考試(criterion-related norm-referenced test)。教學大綱指出：大學英語教學的目的是培養(yǎng)學生具有較強的閱讀能力、一定的聽的能力(理工科適用的大綱還規(guī)定一定的譯的能力)以及初步的寫和說的能力，使學生能以英語為工具，獲取專業(yè)所需要的信息，并為進一步提高英語水平打下較好的基礎。為此，本考試主要考核學生運用語言的能力，同時也考核學生對語法結構和詞語用法的掌握程度。本考試是一種標準化考試。由于如今尚不具備口試的條件，暫時只進行筆試?？荚嚪秶饕墙虒W大綱所規(guī)定的一級至四級的全部內(nèi)容(說與譯的內(nèi)容除外)。為保證試卷的信度，除短文寫作是主觀性試題外，其余試題都采用客觀性的多項選擇題形式。短文寫作部分旨在較好地考核學生運用語言的能力，從而提高試卷的效度。本考試于每學期結束前后舉行，由大學英語四、六級標準考試設計組負責和實施。每年舉行兩次。2考試內(nèi)容本考試包括四個部分：寫作，聽力理解，閱讀理解，翻譯。全部題目按順序統(tǒng)一編號。第一部分：寫作(Part ：Writing)：共1題，考試時間30分鐘。要求考生寫出一篇100-120詞的短文，試卷上可能給出題目，或規(guī)定情景，或要求看圖作文，或給出段首句要求續(xù)寫;或給出關鍵詞要求寫成短文。要求能夠正確表達思想，意義連貫，無重大語法錯誤。寫作的內(nèi)容包括日常生活和一般常識。短文寫作部分的目的是測試學生運用英語書面表達思想的初步能力。第二部分：聽力理解(Part 1：Listening Comprehension)：共30題，考試時間30分鐘。這一部分包括兩節(jié)：A節(jié)(Section A)聽力對話,有10題，每題含一組對話，對話后有一個問句。B節(jié)(Section B)聽力短文,有20題，分別安排在若干篇聽力材料之后，每篇后有二至四道題，每題為一個問句。單詞及詞組聽寫，。要求考生在聽懂短文的基礎上，用所聽到 的原文填寫空缺的單詞或詞組，共10題。短文播放三遍。聽力部分的每個問句后有約15秒的間隙，要求考生從試卷所給出的每題四個選擇項中選出一個最佳答案。錄音的語速為每分鐘約120詞，念一遍。選材的原則是：1、對 話部分為日常生活中的一般對話，句子結構和內(nèi)容不太復雜;2、 短篇聽力材料為題材熟悉、情節(jié)不太復雜的故事、講話、敘述等;3、 所用詞語不超出教學大綱詞匯表四級規(guī)定的范圍。聽力理解部分的目的是測試學生獲取口頭信息的能力。第三部分：閱讀理解(Part ：Reading Comprehension)：共20題，考試時間40分。包含三個部分:SectionA詞匯理解,有10題，根據(jù)文章后面給出的15個單詞填補文章里的10個空格，不能使用給出的單詞超過一次。SectionB長篇閱讀，有10題，篇章后附有10個句子，每句一題。每句所含 的信息出自篇章的某一段落，要求考生找出與每句所含信息相匹配的段落。有的段落可能對應兩題，有的段 落可能不對應任何一題。SectionC仔細閱讀，有10題，兩篇文章，每篇文章后有5個問題或者未完成的聲明。題材廣泛，可以包括人物傳記、社會、文化、日常知識、科普常識等，但是所涉及的背景知識應能為學生所理解;選材的原則是：1、體裁多樣，可以包括敘述文、說明文、議論文等;2、文章的語言難度中等，無法猜測而又影響理解的關鍵詞，如超出教學大綱詞匯表四級的范圍，用漢語注明詞義。閱讀理解部分主要測試下述能力：1、 掌握所讀材料的主旨和大意;2、 了解說明主旨和大意的事實和細節(jié);3、 既理解字面的意思，也能根據(jù)所讀材料進行一定的判斷和推論;4、 既理解個別句子的意義，也理解上下文的邏輯關系。閱讀理解部分的目的是測試學生通過閱讀獲取信息的能力，既要求準確，也要求有一定速度。第四部分：翻譯(Part ：Vocabulary and Structure)：共1題，考試時間30分鐘。段落漢譯英，翻譯內(nèi)容涉及中國的歷史、文化、經(jīng)濟、社會發(fā)展等。長度為140160個 漢字。3試卷結構四級考試的試卷結構、測試內(nèi)容、測試題型、分值比例和考試時 間如下表所示：試卷結構測試內(nèi)容測試試題分值比例考試時間作文作文短文寫作15%30分鐘聽力理解聽力對話短對話多項選擇8%30分鐘長對話多項選擇7%聽力短文短文理解多項選擇10%短文聽寫單詞及詞組聽寫10%閱讀理解詞匯理解選詞填空5%40分鐘長篇閱讀匹配10%仔細閱讀多項選擇20%翻譯漢譯英段落翻譯15%30分鐘總計100%130分鐘2016年英語四級聽力試題的題型有所調(diào)整 考試時間：2015上半年考試時間為6月13日,下半年為12月19日 考試科目：考試內(nèi)容包括：寫作、聽力、閱讀、翻譯 1. 取消短對話2. 取消短文聽寫3. 新增短篇新聞(3段)其余測試內(nèi)容不變。調(diào)整后四級聽力部分的試題結構見下表：測試內(nèi)容測試題型題量分值比例短篇新聞3段選擇題（單選）7題7%（每題1分）長對話2篇選擇題（單選）8題8%（每題1分）聽力篇章選擇題（單選）10題20%（每題2分） 改革之處：短篇新聞，原是英語專業(yè)四級與八級的題型，在改革去除之后，跑到了四級當中。此次，四級中，會有3段新聞，7道選擇題。兩篇較短的新聞，字數(shù)在130-140詞左右;較長的一篇，字數(shù)在200詞左右。在四六級考試委員會此次所給出的樣題中，三段新聞皆出自于BBC News。難點所在：新聞聽力中，會出現(xiàn)大量的專有名詞與正式用語。同時，話題也將不再是大家熟悉的校園，生活類，而將轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闀r事政治與社會熱點。這對于原本聽力基礎就較為薄弱的同學而言，就更是雪上加霜。應對方法：1. 詞匯積累：背誦英語新聞中的高頻與專業(yè)詞匯。(可使用開心詞場，背誦新聞詞匯。)2. 掌握新聞規(guī)律：新聞作為正式文章，在結構方面是相對固定的。按照總分結構展開，首句說明事情概況，之后進行細節(jié)描述。同時，出題也會從總體和細節(jié)兩個方面進行。掌握好規(guī)律，提高做題的正確率。3. 著手練習：由于原本在英語專業(yè)考試中有涉及，因此同學們可以先從以前的專業(yè)四級考試中選擇題目進行練習，熟悉題型。平時，開始收聽BBC與VOA的新聞，養(yǎng)成每日瀏覽外媒新聞的習慣，加強對于時事熱點的了解。 大學英語四級考試聽力樣題Part II Listening Comprehension (25 minutes)Section ADirections:In this section, you will hear three news reports.
