Unit9 What does he look like?Section B 2a-2c教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)授課人: 于婷婷 授課班級(jí): 7.1 授課時(shí)間:2017年6月5日下午第五節(jié)一、 教材分析 本單元是新目標(biāo)英語(yǔ)七年級(jí)下第九單元,主要談?wù)摰氖侨说耐饷?,通過談?wù)撊说耐饷矊W(xué)會(huì)描述人的頭發(fā)、身高、體型等。在描述過程中掌握本課要學(xué)習(xí)的單詞、句型和語(yǔ)法等。本課是本單元中的第四課時(shí)-閱讀部分,教材圍繞三幅圖片,結(jié)合有趣的工作這一話題,進(jìn)一步鞏固對(duì)人外貌的描述。這節(jié)課的教學(xué)重難點(diǎn)是在前幾課時(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,學(xué)會(huì)整體理解文章,并描述他人的外貌,對(duì)本課掌握的好壞直接影響著對(duì)整個(gè)單元的綜合學(xué)習(xí),所以本課在整個(gè)單元中起著至關(guān)重要的作用。二、學(xué)情分析通過前三課時(shí)聽、說、讀等形式的訓(xùn)練學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)生對(duì)描述人們外貌的詞匯和句型有了一定的掌握,對(duì)于本節(jié)課教學(xué)任務(wù)要求掌握的外貌詞匯和短文理解,應(yīng)該不會(huì)太困難。但是,農(nóng)村學(xué)生英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)薄弱,學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言和邏輯思維不夠成熟,對(duì)把握文章主旨的能力較弱,所以設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)活動(dòng)時(shí),要遵循學(xué)生的認(rèn)知規(guī)律。三、教學(xué)目標(biāo)分析(一)知識(shí)目標(biāo):1. Students can master the new words police artist, put, each, way, describe, differently, another, end, real. talk to , draw a picture of, in the end and so on2.students can understand and master these Functional sentences. Also, they can know how to describe peoples appearances。(1). The criminal is of medium height and young.(2). He has long straight brown hair and big eyes.(3). He is tall and thin, and he has curly blond hair.(二)能力目標(biāo):By reading the article, and underline some key words and important sentences, students can have a good understanding of the content, and try to describe person by using the target language,and they can master some reading skills such as scanning and skimming.(三) 情感目標(biāo):By describing appearance, develop the students ability of observation, and know the importance of appearance description in daily life. Also, they can know and understand this truth. Appearance is important, but Knowledge is more important than it .Dont judge a person by appearance.四、教學(xué)重難點(diǎn)分析1. 教學(xué)重點(diǎn):Acknowledge the new word and functional sentences in this part.2. 教學(xué)難點(diǎn)To find the logical relationship according to reading the passage and have a good comprehension of the passage.五、教學(xué)方法The communicative approach, the cooperative method.六、教學(xué)用具 PPT, multi-media, textbook七、教學(xué)過程設(shè)計(jì)分析Step 1 Preview& Lead-in:(8分鐘)一、翻 譯 下 列 短 語(yǔ)。 1.中等身高 _ 2.一點(diǎn),少量_3.擅長(zhǎng)于_ 4.金色的卷發(fā)_5.小鼻子_ 6.大嘴巴_ 7.圓臉_ 8.長(zhǎng)臉 _9. 金發(fā)_ 10.大眼睛 _11.長(zhǎng)直發(fā)_ 12.看起來像 _二、Describe myself 我的自畫像 Hello !My name isI am tall / of medium height / short .I am heavy / of medium build / thin . I have _ hair , a _ _ face, _ eyes, a _mouth and.三、How to describe peoples appearances Height :Tall Short Of medium height Build :Thin heavy Of medium build Hair :Long Short Straight Curly Blond(e) Black BrownOther features :Face, nose, eye, ear, mouth Beautiful, pretty, handsome, Good-looking設(shè)計(jì)思路:創(chuàng)設(shè)情境,復(fù)習(xí)和鞏固有關(guān)外貌的詞匯,為完成本節(jié)課對(duì)人物外貌描述的任務(wù)做鋪墊。Step 2 Presentation(20分鐘)1. T: After reviewing, lets study the new class. First ,lets look at the chart in 2a and Complete the chart with words of the opposite meaning.2.Fast readingLet the students read the article then answer the following questions. (6個(gè)小組抽簽選擇本組任務(wù),到講臺(tái)在黑板上書寫答案)1. Whos the article about? 2. What does he do ? 3、How does Joe Brown work ?4. Does he want to draw a good picture of each criminal well?5.Is his work easy or difficult ? Why? 6. What does the real criminal look like?設(shè)計(jì)思路:指導(dǎo)學(xué)生利用標(biāo)記的方法獲取閱讀中的關(guān)鍵信息,學(xué)會(huì)在快速閱讀中搜尋答案,提高學(xué)生的閱讀速度與準(zhǔn)確把握文章信息能力。提高小組合作能力。由學(xué)生在黑板上書寫答案,可以及時(shí)糾正學(xué)生書寫及回答問題時(shí)出現(xiàn)的問題,避免學(xué)生在考試答卷時(shí)出現(xiàn)類似問題。3.Careful Reading T: I have divided the whole passage into six parts. Each group should choose one part to read, translate and explain the key words and sentences. You should study this part in groups. I will give you 3 minutes to prepare.T: OK, time is up.Group 1, the first part. read, translate and explain the key words and sentences. Group2,3,4,5,6設(shè)計(jì)思路:通過指導(dǎo)學(xué)生精讀,利用翻譯課文和講解課文重點(diǎn)詞匯、句子的方法,促使學(xué)生對(duì)文章內(nèi)容加深理解。鞏固已學(xué)的關(guān)于外貌的詞匯和語(yǔ)法,通過小組合作學(xué)習(xí),發(fā)現(xiàn)未學(xué)的關(guān)于外貌的詞匯、句型。Step 3:Practice(8分鐘)T: OK, class, you have done a very good job, now Id like you to read 2b again, more carefully, and fill in the chart in 2c . You should write what the words in bold refer to.設(shè)計(jì)思路:小組通過合作活動(dòng),使學(xué)生由語(yǔ)言輸入轉(zhuǎn)化為語(yǔ)言輸出。找到文中的邏輯關(guān)系(指代關(guān)系)的詞匯或短語(yǔ)。并分析代詞使用的規(guī)律Step4:Summary(5分鐘)T: This class, we have discuss an article in 2b. who can summarize what you have learned in this class?設(shè)計(jì)思路:口語(yǔ)能力訓(xùn)練和表達(dá)能力訓(xùn)練.讓學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)自我總結(jié)和自我反思。Step4:Homework (4分鐘)Preview the next section設(shè)計(jì)思路:下一部分是本單元最后一課時(shí)第九單元綜合課,學(xué)生在預(yù)習(xí)的過程中可以復(fù)習(xí)鞏固本課重點(diǎn)知識(shí),達(dá)到復(fù)習(xí)和預(yù)習(xí)合二為一。板書設(shè)計(jì): Unit 9 What does he look like Section B 2a-2c 1.
