評價單元 根據(jù)被評價對象的實(shí)際情況和安全評價的需要而將被評價對象劃分 為一些相對獨(dú)立部分 或系統(tǒng) 進(jìn)行安全評價 其中每個相對獨(dú)立部分 稱為評價單元 3 19 重要目標(biāo)和敏感場所 重要目標(biāo)和敏感場所包括城市建成區(qū) 人口密集區(qū) 重要設(shè)施等 內(nèi)容如下 1 高敏感場所 如學(xué)校
