抗俯仰液壓互聯(lián)懸架三軸重型貨車動態(tài)特性丁飛1,2張農(nóng)2韓旭11.湖南大學汽車車身先進設計制造國家重點實驗室,湖南,長沙410082; 2.悉尼科技大學電機、機械與機械電子學院,悉尼,澳大利亞2007摘要:完成了安裝抗俯仰液壓互聯(lián)懸架(HIS)三軸貨車動力學方程的推導。采用自由圖法和阻抗傳遞矩陣方法推導建立耦合機械系統(tǒng)和液壓系統(tǒng)的動力學方程,該特征方程以機械系統(tǒng)的位移和速度以及機械與液壓耦合邊界處的壓力作為狀態(tài)矢量。對比分析HIS對車體恢復力和力矩及車體振動固有頻率的影響。結(jié)果表明,液壓互聯(lián)懸架HIS系統(tǒng)能夠為車體提供較大的抗俯仰力矩。自由振動分析表明,HIS改變了車體垂向和俯仰振蕩中心位置,且增加了車體俯仰模態(tài)對應的固有頻率,同時車體垂向跳動模態(tài)對應的固有頻率幾乎保持不變。液壓互聯(lián)懸架(HIS);舒適性;抗俯仰懸架;三軸貨車U463.33+5A10.3969/j.issn.2095-1469.2011.04.022Dynamic Characteristics of a Tri-axle Heavy Truck Fitted Hydraulically Anti-pith Interconnected Suspension Ding Fei 1,2Zhang Nong2Han Xu11. School of Electrical, Mechanical and Mechatronic Systems, University of Technology, Sydney, Australia 2007)Abstract: This paper briefly presents the derivation of the equations of motion of a tri-axle truck fitted with pitch resistant hydraulically interconnected suspension (HIS) system. Based on free body diagram and fluid transfer impedance matrix method, the characteristic equations of this mechanically and hydraulically coupled system are derived with a state vector including the displacements and velocities of mechanical system and the pressure at the mechanical-hydraulic boundary section. The comparison analysis of the sprung mass responses to road inputs is carried out between the trucks with conventional suspension and hydraulically interconnected suspension system. The obtained results indicate that the HIS system can provide great pitch restoring moment of sprung mass.
